Fast, friendly, and dependable

Being able to WhatsApp (rather than call) made a big difference (being disabled and neurodiverse can make phone calls, especially stressful phone calls, extremely difficult). The respondent on WhatsApp was fast and patient in talking me through how to find out the tyre size, etc. Easy payment process (deposit then payment direct to driver/mechanic) and didn't have to wait too long after initial contact for mechanic to come out and replace tyre. Really appreciated the quality of service. The website does look a bit AI and I was dubious but actually a really good, genuine service all round. Thank you.
