The Essence of Good Customer Service

Visited on Sunday 4th Jan26 after being told by Kwik Fit Hamilton it would take hours to repair a puncture in car tyre I had already identified, they were too busy!
My next door neighbour had driven me so i didn't want to ask them to have come back to pick up the tyre later that day!
Turned up at Tyreexpress Wishaw they too were BUSY too but attended to my tyre right away and had it done in 4mins at HALF the cost £! Now that's what i call good customer service at a reasonable price!
Will certainly use their service again!
