The guys at Bromsgrove branch were brilliant when I had 2 tyres replaced on my Fiesta.
I called in early one morning before work & they had me back on the road quickly.
They were friendly, speedy, thorough , honest & informative . Excellent customer service from Glenn, Pete & Andy. 5* service guys.

Went to tyre city at Huddersfield today. The staff member was hilarious and provided the best service ever. I have had so many issues with a national chain in the past and these guys sorted me out. Won't go any ware else now. Can thoroughly recommend them. What stars they are.

Whilst driving to get to our holiday in Cornwall, we experienced excessive road noise as we approached Cheltenham. Fortunately, we found Tyre City and the guys quickly diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing. The hub nut was also loose! The team managed to source a new part and get us back on the road in the 2 hours promised. Impressive service for a Saturday.

The best service I have ever received in 35 years of having an MOT.. the Eastbourne branch have gone out of there way to help me when my car failed it’s MOT, they ordered me a taxi and the following morning got to work on it to find the problem, by 10.30 I had a phone call to say it was ready.. brilliant

I recently had two Bridgestone Potenza tyres supplied and fitted by Tyre City Guildford and was extremely happy with the service, choice of tyres and competitive price. The manager Aaron and his colleague Matt were extremely helpful and friendly.

First visit to tyre city and a plesent surprise. Good friendly and speedy service. I had booked online and the tyre was available for fitting at my chosen time and date.

Recently had 2 new tyres fitted & wheel alignment i was looked after by Jordan , very fast & efficient service & nothing was too much trouble, prices are very competitive with a good range of services i will definitely return & would highly recommend.....

I have always had great service from Tyre City. They have always been friendly, helpful and competitively priced.
Today was exceptional. I had asked them to fix a slow puncture. There was a bit of a wait while they obtained the correct patch, and didn't charge me for the repair.

Great price for new Avon tyre and fitting for my Fiat 500 at Tyre City Haslemere. Very helpful in choosing correct tyre and impressed by quick fitment despite the hot weather.

darlington centre excellent staff could not do enough 2 tyres and alignment --had space saver on due to punture-they packed it away and fastened it back in was not expecting that great services

I noticed that my rear tyre was flat with a puncture shortly after starting work. I made my way immediately to my local Tyre City in Eastbourne and waited for them to open. I was acknowledged straight away by the young man Stephen or Steve as soon as they opened. He was extremely efficient, polite and totally attentive and checked all my wheels. He then recommended tyres and promptly fitted then with no fuss. The car was ready in half an hour. Absolutely amazing, and I've had this service every visit. Although they were very busy with completing they're days schedule, the attention I received was first class. All of the mechanics at Tyre City are equally great. I would never go anywhere else as workshops like there's don't exist anywhere else in my experience. Fantastic guys and customer service first class.!!!

I drove into TYRECITY on the off chance that somebody could check some damage that had just occurred to the near side front tyre.
Andy came to my assistance straight away and ascertained that whilst that didn’t make the tyre unsafe, what I hadn’t realised was that both the front tyres were showing signs of starting to split, needing replacing to ensure my safety and of course importantly meet legal requirements.
He checked availability and was able to give me three options of tyres to consider. Decision made, I only had to wait 45 mins for them to be fitted and receive telephone confirmation that my car was ready for collection.
I have used this branch on several occasions in the past and have never been disappointed with the customer service.

I thought I had a slow puncture, so rang Haslemere branch, spoke to David and he gave me a quote for a new tyre, just in case it could not be repaired and said he would order one immediately. I went in when they opened the next morning, Spencer checked it and immediately found a screw in the middle of the tyre, so it was repairable. Excellent service, great guys very efficient and polite, I would throughly recommend Haslemere Tyre City.

Just wanted to say many thanks to the guys at the Coventry (Humber Road) branch for the excellent service provided. Phoned for two new tyres and got a great price. Unfortunately the tyres were not delivered on time by the courier which was out of the hands of Tyre City but it was handled very professionally. The tyres and wheel alignment were expertly completed. Thanks to Phil (manager) and Travis the fitter for their customer service and politeness throughout.
