Great place. I do like it. Service is exceptional

Good service, affordable and variety of tyres. I always take both my cars (Auris & Audi) there. I recently got 4 brand new tyres fitted from these guys. Tyre Bay were almost £100 cheaper on 4 tyres compared to car dealership (who were doing my MOT). I would 100% recommend them.

Been to Tyrebay Nelson a few times now and they’ve always looked after me. Quick turnaround, honest advice, and good prices. Honest reliable service.

Bought 4 brand new wheels for my Mercedes can’t fault them

Had a flat tyre with no locking nut for my BMW. Went to numerous garages and BMW dealers nobody could get the nut off. Had the car recovered to tyrebay and they had it off in minutes with a new tyre. I will recommend to all my friends. Thanks guys!!!

I use tyrebay every week being a car trader and never once have they let me down. I get all my tyres done here and all my MOTs.

I personally have used these guys for years now, I have always found them friendly and polite when dealing with what ever problem I have had, as well as which ever vehicle. I was there again today, I was have a tyre sorted out, it didn't cost the earth, I was chatting along with them WHILST they worked, their prices have always been competitive and I personally think, good value for the money. The have always done good work.

Would’ve Given 0 Stars if I Could
Came in today for an alignment, but it still wasn’t fixed. They told me to change the tyre, so I did, and came back — and guess what, still not fixed. The person working on my car was rude and unprofessional, and the manager just made excuses, saying it was another issue. Last time they promised changing the tyre would sort it, but it clearly didn’t. Honestly, a complete waste of time and money. I’d give 0 stars if I could — avoid Bay Nelson if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I had 4 new tyres on my car, 1 was faulty but they refused to exchange for free because they said if was not their fault

These guys are amazing. Ordered tyres through Asda as cheapest for my new range rover and they smashed it. The guy even brought me a chair to sit in the shade while i was waiting.
First class service, would highly recommend.
I have my own business and we have several works vehicles. As they are just around the corner from work will definitely be using them again for our other vehicles. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Asked for a wheel refurbishment all 4 wheels , asked for a dark blue colour. Was quoted £220 which was ok by me.Got it back ,took them 4 days instead of 3,charged £270 cash and wheels were paint light blue.looked awful but was fobbed off with some sort of excuse,given some paper work which I thought was my receipt but wasn't,tried to tell them I they were the wrong colour but couldn't do anything about it as I had no receipt,plus a large snarling dog in the doorway so couldn't get into the place.

I made a booking at Tyre Bay Manchester for 9:30am via Asda Tyres. Having arrived in good time for my appointment there was nobody around and the place was closed. Eventually at 9:40am a member of staff arrived, however to my dismay I was told that I needed to cancel my order as their compressor wasn't working.

The member of staff really didn't seem bothered about the lack of service. It would have been nice to have had the courtesy of a call or an email to let me know the position rather than wasting my time making an unnecessary journey.

Overall this was a very negative customer experience.

Took my car Friday for an Mot and service to tyre bay in nelson as my mechanic doesn't do MOT anymore he services my car every 6 months however with it needing an Mot i just had it serviced with these to save time which is a massive regret now! My car now has loss of power and is juddering all the time now and the engine light is on the dash a wrench light and an ECU light all lit up. Nothing was wrong with my car what so ever until this lot messed with it and have done something seriously wrong to it! Took it back to these today they said it came up with an error code but didn't know what it was so cleared it and said it was running fine now however it is not! Having to book in with my mechanic to sort there mess out! Will never use these incompetent "Mechanics" again! Passed the MOT with no issues also so something has been done majorly wrong for my car to be now knackered after these mess with it!

2 new tryes, tracking, car was done in 30mins. Excellent service and customer service from a really nice guy.
