Amazing customer service! We are canadians traveling and we got stranded in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire. Andy was great from the start, easily and quickly adapted to my needs and challeges and his team delivered imppecable work. Andy even followed up with me later in the evening to make sure we were safe! 10/10 Thank you!

I was told at 9.20 that someone would be with me in 45 to 60 to repair a puncture and was told it would cost £119. He said they would put a new tyre on the van just in case they were not able to repair the puncture.. after several phone calls because no one turned up, and me thinking that I had been scammed as I had paid in advance they did arrive about 12.30. They had been told that it was a replacement tyre that was needed. However they did agree to repair the puncture. However even though I had been told that it would be £119 the actual amount that was deducted from my card was £129.99.

Very happy and fast l. Communication was spot on too.

On a Sunday my 5t dumper tyre had a puncture. Tyre replacement and travel time all within the hour. Very very happy and will definitely be my first point of contact from now on. I am impressed by Andy - he is very professional. Definitely a company to rely on.

I had a tyre issue and found your company through a Google search. I called and spoke with Mark, who was very friendly and professional. He promptly put me on hold to contact a local tyre company and then provided me with information on the available brands and costs. While it was a bit more expensive than driving into a garage, I was stranded on the side of the road and needed to get mobile as quickly as possible.

Mark informed me that the estimated arrival time was between 30-90 minutes, with a current estimate of 54 minutes. After I made the payment, I was sent a location pin to ensure the tyre fitter had my accurate location. We communicated via the chat system that Tyre Assist uses, which was very convenient.

The tyre fitter called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes and actually arrived within 45 minutes of placing the job. The service was prompt, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend your company and have already told my family, friends, and work colleagues about the great experience.
