Perfect fit, parts arrived days earlier, no hassle, easy finding and ordering.

Order a Glock trigger from Tyrant. Was out for deliver then returned to sender (not tyrants fault). Where the disappointment comes from is I have tried to reach out to customer support over a week ago and have yet to hear back.

Far exceeded my expectation! I love the peace of mind of having a safety trigger on my EDC. Trigger break is crisp and takes out some of the stock mush of the Sig unit. 10/10!!!

I ordered a grip module for the p365x macro. There was no indication that there would be any shipping delays. I placed my order on March 30th. It is now April 18th and I have yet to receive any shipping info. I have also sent two emails inquiring about my order, neither of which have been answered. I sent the 1st email to their designated service email address a week ago.

Maybe they need to update their lead times so the customers have the correct expectation of 2-3 week shipping. I ordered a trigger on 4/3 and did not get shipment tracking until 4/16. I still have not received it so this review is solely about the slow shipping

I really liked the looks of the intellifire trigger for the P365. I tried installing it in my 365 Xmacro comp and was unable to get it to fit. It just wouldn’t drop into my grip module. I tried on two separate occasions and couldn’t get it to fit. I packed it up and had it ready to return for a refund. I decided to give it one more try. Again, no luck, so I will be returning it for a refund. I sent a couple of emails and a phone call. Their customer service is non-existent. They don’t reply to emails and are “unable to take phone calls at this time”. What kind of business model is this? I really wanted to love this trigger but not being able to get it work with my firearm and no help from TyrantCNC, I just couldn’t.

Googled “best trigger for echelon” tyrantcnc was the over all consensus. So I bought one. Internet do not lie. This trigger turned an already awesome weapon into my #1 go to pistol. The shortened take up an quick reset leveled up my shooting experience and tightened up my groupings. I’m shooting clovers at ten yards now. Told a friend of mine how much I liked my tyrantcnc trigger an he bought one on the spot. Get one! You’ll be glad you did.

Started out with the trigger for my Sig p365x I’ve ended up getting every other thing they make high quality parts very happy

I bought a magwell for my S&W M&P M2.0. I received the part which included two parts the magwell itself and The "straight pin" that secures the magwell to the frame through the backstrap. That straight pin does NOT fit through the magwell. Either the magwell hole was not machined large enough or the pin was machined too thick. I contacted support through email over a week ago with still no reply. I expect that o wasted my money.

Not happy at all with how the gold magwell and gold mag extension wasn’t the same color. I had to end up panting the magwell my self because it looks ridiculous with the other gold so I painted it black.

Total I purchased four pre-assembled magazines + 6 for my Glock 45 gen 5, the fourth magazine I purchased was in December 2025. Never been used or seen the light of day of the range due outdoor weather and work schedule. It wasn’t until a few weeks ago I decided to finally take it out of its packet, load it up, & work the spring a little bit before I hit the outdoor range since last November. The orange follower kept getting stuck to the bottom of the magazine w/the last round. I did a little online research & it came down to either the spring needed to be replaced or the bottom lip needs to be filed down that’s located on the bottom of the magazine. I decided to try springs first because I did not want to file/modify the magazine for warranty purposes just in case. Same results w/different springs. Reached out to tyrant CNC for an exchange over a week ago, no response.

Positive:
The first three magazines works flawlessly. Preassembled magazines + 6 are the way to go especially at $70 each.

Negative: No response via on exchanging the defective magazine. Springs provided w/same results. Customer service number just goes to no one is available message.

Simply by my negative experience although I’ve purchased other products from tyrant CNC, this may be my last time doing business simply from the less than stellar customer service and warranty of their products. Also sent a video of their defective magazine via email.

I recently bought a trigger and extended mag release for my Springfield Echelon. I experienced minor issue with the trigger and Tyrant went above and beyond to assist. Both items are installed and I am very happy with their performance after roughly 500 rounds. My CX experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

Ordered a trigger over 3 weeks ago now. After two weeks I reached out as my order has been showing processing. It’s been a week since I reached out and nothing. So at this point my card has been charged, I have no product and no idea if or when I’ll get my order. But I did get an email to review my purchase so here it is. If I ever get my trigger and it turns out to be a good product I’ll update my review but I won’t ever order from this company again. Can’t take people’s money and just ghost them. Even an auto generated email to say an order is delayed would be better than nothing.

Update

Finally got my trigger. Overall really love it. The how to video was solid but kind of glossed over a crucial step that you see come up a ton in the comments on the video on YouTube. I didn't get the Allen wrench in my shipment but thankfully I had the size I needed, it would suck to get all the way to the old trigger removed and ready to install the new and find out you couldn't move forward.

The quality of the trigger is nice. It looks great. it feels amazing.

Product quality is excellent.
Customer service is yikes.

Update 2

Despite how rocky this started I really have to say I love this trigger. I have almost no slack / travel to the wall once I engage the safety. I got an Apex trigger for my M&P - since it was the only one approved for the steel frame, and it's not even close to as nice as this one. I hope they eventually make this for the steel frame M&P so I can upgrade it.

The best purchases I’ve decided to buy. Always can rely on Tyrantcnc for quality products.

I love the look, it's exactly what I wanted. The only issue that I have is the metal safety has to sharp of a angle. It pokes into your trigger finger.

First off the products are great!!! I would just recommend checking Optics Planet/Brownells prices before purchasing, those sites have Tyrants products for better prices than they offer direct. I have multiple products of theirs, just disappointed with pricing from them…

4/14/2026 Update: (Bumped to 3-stars) I got a response from my ticket, it took a full week, but the response immediately addressed the missing part and they shipped out the parts the next day. I’ll update my review and rating once the parts come it and I’m able to actually use the trigger.

Original Review: I received my Tyrant CNC trigger for my M&P handgun and I was missing one of the set screws so I cannot use it. I contacted support and put in a ticket the day it arrived (which was on a Monday). I received an auto-reply email from their support system (Zendesk) telling me they are backlogged and won’t be able to get to my ticket for up to 72 hours … oh and they no longer take phone calls to their support. That was over 4 business days ago and I have heard nothing from them still. Right now I’m out almost $100 and I have a useless trigger and no way to contact the company for a replacement or a refund! Not happy about this!

I put a drop in trigger in my wife’s Glock 43. While she liked the trigger pull improvement, unfortunately it hurt her fingers due to the wide and square face of the trigger shoe. Apparently she needs something a bit more ergonomic for her fingers.
