Typeform is good for response collection and has a nice design. But it's just a nightmare for analyzing survey data. They broke all the summaries and reports — different tabs show different number... See more

Watch out for the submission limit! It blocked access to the form after '10 free answers.'
I wasn't aware of this until I received the email notifying me that it was too late because I reached the limit in 5 minutes, and I have to upgrade my plan if I wish to continue.
I would need to purchase a plan that costs $700 or more to obtain a maximum of 400 responses, considering my case involves a survey that occurs only once a year.
I wish it would AT LEAST alert me while building the form that only 10 answers would be allowed.
When you send hundreds of emails and then everyone asks you why it's closed or simply never responds because of this, you lose credibility, answers, time, and money.
poor accessibility. only a chatbot. high bill > €500. without prior notice price increase of almost 100%. We no longer use the product.
Our annual plan was renewed with absolutely no warning, despite having canceled it previously. I'm sympathetic to the fact that my cancelation may not have gone through, but there is no contact info anywhere to ask for a refund. Absolutely cannot afford this service and am not planning to use it. Help!
I cancelled the subscription ages ago and they have just billed me again. It turn out you cant cancel, you have to go to a free subscription. All very illogical and awkward. They charge a fortune for, quick frankly, not a lot.
Avoid at all costs. Not only is the product expensive - but it simply doesn't work. The formatting was so bad on the form, that users inadvertently selected the wrong imagery (in my case, photography print). This resulted in huge waste and significant economic loss. Do not use.
I am awaiting a response.
I purchased a yearly plan with typeform only to find that 3 months later my account has its plan stopped?!
I tried getting in touch with their support twice, attaching the invoice I received from them when subscribing.
They didn't even bother to answer.
I feel like them not telling you upfront somewhere during the account creation / first form creation process that the free plan has a limit of 10 resposes makes you invest time into creating a form just to then find out that there is a limit of 10 responses and now you need to upgrade. Just tell me upfront that there is a limit of 10 responses so I can decide before investing time into creating the form if I want to use your platform or not.
For two weeks I have sent three emails to type form. No response . The VIDEO messages are sexy . But useless

The price does not match the quality of service or the features. I would recommend something like Survey Monkey or even Monday.com forms. They basically look the same. This company does not really care much for the Typeform product as they haven’t updated in a very long time. It seems like they are focusing more on their videoask product which is disappointing because you are paying over 500 dollars for typeform. It feels like they did not really think of the user experience and customer service when developing this product and mostly focused on marketing. If you go to the typeform community there are not a lot of people active there and it seems like these people are doing more of the work when issues arise. I would stay away from Typeform and look for better alternatives.

I lost because of you 848$ on ad spend and their return because of a stupid thing you did to the embedding with WordPress and it's not working anymore.
Your employee yesterday Ylli tried to be "Smart" and tell me about the HTML, Body, and Head code.
I told him that it had been working for months, and tried to explain to me that he didn't know what happened.
I am following your embedding guidance, and I didn't make any edits to the different embedding.
This is ridiculous, and he told me if it's working on Wix, and I don't know what other, then the problem is not from our side.
Do I care if it's working on Wix? Of course not. because my website is not Wix.
I even showed him that the WordPress team is facing the same problem when following your embedding instructions.
I lost money, return, and probably a big client for my agency because of you.
You are the worst form of software I've seen with ridiculous support that tries to look smart instead of being cooperative and supportive.

Just got unsolicited marketing email from a company in Texas I have never heard of, and the only other company that had this particular email was typeform.com.
AVOID.
Why would you let us build a survey only to realise once sent to a client that a single respondent can respond multiple times without being restricted?
A person should register their email address and then automatically be restricted to being able to submit once. That is a standard & common sense expectation of a survey.
Just found out participants can submit multiple times from a paying client, who is a multinational organisation and now we're caught and seen as incompetent as a small business...
And to sort this out; the Help Centre states we need to find someone with coding skills.
Not acceptable.
And defeats the whole purpose of the offering.

Crazy price increases and really bad customer support. When commenting on their ads I got banned so that's a trustworthy business practice 😂 The poor soul that has to comment on these reviews to try to salvage their reputation.

Form flowed well and got to the end OK. Went to take the supporting photo requested, then found all the information had disappeared and I was back to square one. Not happy, as it was quite a detailed review. Maybe being 'timed out' happens across other review sites too, but I've not noticed this before.

Overpriced, poor customer service and even with expensive subscriptions they still plaster their own brand all over the surveys.

This platform is absolutely unusable! I have spent multiple hours creating surveys, only to have them disappear without warning. Suddenly it stops saving and all the work is lost. They don't cache your work properly, they don't offer you the possibility to export and copy past also does not work. This a basic features! For the crazy amount of money you pay it misses about everything you need.
It's a trap stay away.

Same experience as some others here, that is lack of transparency about pricing. Also, for someone needing infrequent use of this type of program, it's a pretty steep price tag.

Should have read reviews before I tried this. I read the plan pricing, which tells you that the free plan is free for life. What it does NOT tell you is that you set up a poll and as soon as FIVE people vote, you get an email saying you have used 50%of your free 10 votes and you should upgrade to continue. For infrequent users the pricing is eye wateringly expensive.
