This company is a scam. I saw something on Instagram and it was supposed to be a lucky draw. All I had to do was pay the delivery fee, which I did. The amount went off my account and immediately another amount went off. Three days later 2 other amounts were taken out of my account. Apparently I had subscribed to them. I did no such thing because they sell crappy stuff. I was scammed of nearly R900. I then asked for a refund and I was was told that a refund will be given if I give the company a 4 or 5 star review. They kept insisting that I do that, however I got fed up and wrote a 1 star review they immediately contacted me and said that my review is very bad for their brand and if I take it off they will refund me . I gave them the benefit and removed the review and you can guess what happened, no REFUND and I didn't hear from them again. That was a month ago. So I would just like to inform people that this company is a scam and please under no circumstances order from them or have anything do with them. It's a scam and you will unknowingly be subscribing to them, what you subscribing for remains a mystery.

I have not subscribed to them but they took money from my bank account.

I have actually written a new review they are not to be trusted you find yourself subscribe onto things you not aware of
They keep ons saying they canceled my subscribion so many times and they keep on deductiong from my account
Please don't trust them I get no positive report and they keep asking take the bad review of the they will continue but it does not help
PLEASE BE CAREFUL IT HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL

Absolute scam. Signed up for a Marshalls bluetooth speaker for £9.99. All I ended up with is a subscription service to this company. Im chatting to Ranky on their help desk who tells me they have no record of my order even though they have taken my money.

This company claims I began a subscription with them that I do not recall. After noting several payments had been taken from my account I attempted to get a refund but to no avail. Rather than waste the credit I had unknowingly built up I have just looked on their website but their product range is limited. I am also nervous that purchasing anything from this company would result in them beginning another unwanted monthly subscription. I did try to communicate via the chat but despite them asking me to wait a moment the chat was swiftly ended due to my inactivity! My advice is do not engage with this company!

I was impress with the answer given when i ask questions and the detail given, also i didn't have to wait long to be help.

I appreciate the quick response. Patiently waiting for the refund.
