I got the Midnight icon not even nine months ago and it was pretty good.

Then, one day, a fade mark showed up. I reached out to them with photos and basically said it was my fault, even though I treat my sunglasses like reading glasses. They offered me a discount, even though it was a defect, so I just threw them out and bought Oakley’s again. It’s a shame because I loved them, even looked at the new blue ones that are now sold out. I would have appreciated a new pair, but it just didn’t prove as durable as they advertise.

Let me start the review stating their product looks great and feels great. I love the look and overall asthetics. In September 2023, I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from TWOSVGE, drawn in by their stylish designs and promises of quality. However, my experience since then has been nothing short of a nightmare, revealing a glaring discrepancy between their marketing and the actual product and service quality. Both pairs of sunglasses, subjected to somewhat identical usage conditions, started showing signs of delamination – a clear manufacturing defect. When approached, TWOSVGE's response was not only dismissive but shockingly accusatory. Instead of acknowledging a potential flaw in their product, they chose to blame the customer – me – for alleged mistreatment. This is despite the fact that the primary complaint was about delamination, not the superficial scratches they latched onto. Their so-called “solution” was a slap in the face: offering a 40% discount on a new purchase. This is not customer service; it's a thinly-veiled attempt to make more money off a dissatisfied customer. It's appalling how TWOSVGE sidesteps accountability and tries to profit from their own product's failings. Furthermore, their claims about aftercare and cleaning practices being clearly stated on their website are dubious at best. My thorough search yielded no specific guidance or standard operating procedures on maintaining their products – a convenient omission for a company quick to blame customers for product failures. The entire ordeal has been frustrating and insulting. I am considering reporting TWOSVGE to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for what I perceive as deceptive practices and substandard product quality. I advise potential customers to steer clear of TWOSVGE if they value their money and expect accountability and quality from a brand.

I don't have a problem with product, they do feel cheap thou.
Why my review? Because they spam you with alot of crap. I've emailed them to stop but they don't. I've blocked and reported so may texts as spam but they just keep coming. I wish I never bought anything from them.

I’ve only worn the glasses a couple of times but the mirror lens has rubbed off and ruined the glasses. Really disappointed they were my favourite glasses and only got a little use out of them

If you snatched one of these on the $50.00 black Friday deal you hit the jackpot. These feel like premium sun glasses and they're a good fit for us big head people. I only wish I ordered more at $50

100% satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking packaging is great the care box smells so goood and the product itself is top knotch. Ive brought 6 or 7 pairs 3 for myself and the other 4 for family and will be looking to get some new ones before christmas. Two Svge are bomb as thanks guys much appreciated 👏 🙌.

New ones they are to tight and plastic is hard against head you cant see out the side cause the safety glasses are blacked out

Absolute garbage straight out the box with no immediate reply from the sales email so Il be giving it a negative review sorry 18k gold sunnies with a factory blemish (scratch)

I was so keen and love the fit and style of the icons but my troy candy pink icons that I purchased specifically to tie in with the pink groomsman attire in a wedding flaked the pink colour off the lenses almost straight out of the box, zero waranty offered.
Now the icon safety's that I still loved, the frame has cracked and surprise surprise, no waranty either. Even though these sunny are constantly being advertised with people stomping on them on gravel or running them over with cars. Do you honour any form of waranty two svge? Love the glasses, but they seem to last a lot less than sunnies only slightly dearer.but I've still got multiple pairs of Oakley's from 15 years ago that got worn on site and abused for years and are still fine compared to these two svges that haven't copped even close to same before letting me down

An AWESOME Team with amazing sunglasses!

For $86 I would expect them to last more than a month. Had them for 3 weeks and the arms fallen off. Not covered under warranty, and definitely not interested in purchasing another pair for 40% off.

I ordered two pairs of safety glasses. Once pink and one purple, I was sent the wrong purple midnight glasses being the normal ones not the safety ones.. but that was totally okay!
The response was swift and kind and quickly resolved and I was express posted the correct pair of glasses free of charge the very same day!

This companies customer service is greatly lacking. I won't be placing any more orders with nor will family and friends. If you are in Canada or u.s TRUST me when I say DO NOT place and order. You will NOT get it. And the company doesn't care to fix or help you. Their just happy to take your money and once they got it, they dont care if you received your order. I know SO many people this has happened too.
