Amazing in every way
Very impressed, extremely high quality garments couldnt wish for better, love the designs and the way they fit and look on. Recently purchased four dresses since discovering this site as whenever under pressure to find a dress can never find one. Super quick delivery, would totally recommend.

0/10....don’t waste your time buying from them. Worst experience.
I was a first time customer and bought a dress early in the year for a wedding. However despite buying as per size guide it didn’t fit as was abit too tight. So I paid the return shipping and sent it back wanting the next size up which they didn’t have. So what do I get for my return a credit/voucher!. I was refused a full refund despite not liking any dressses and not wanting to spend further with Twosisters!! I than had to use other savings to buy another dress else where!
Last week I decided to make a purchase to use my credit which twosistersis basically are FORCING me to use at there store despite not wanting to buy from them. When I tried to use my credit, shipping was also added despite the website advertising free deliver for over $50. Apparently if you use your credit shipping is not included! Why! So if again the dress doesn’t fit I’d have to again pay return..and on and on.....Oh and you also can’t use your credit on shipping!!! And if you have a few dollars in credit left forget about that being refunded also.
This is one of the worst online experience I have had when purchasing clothes and turning out to be expensive. I do NOT recommend anyone buy from them.

Hi Anna, we're really sorry to hear your item wasn't perfect for you! If you believe you've received something that's sized incorrectly, you can send us images of your item laying flat with a tape showing it's measurements. We can assess this for you and offer some options to resolve for you from there. We have a guide online, on how to measure. If it is significantly inconsistent with what we have displayed, it will be deemed faulty and a refund will be provided.
We offer customers a number of option of buying 2 sizes and getting a full refund for one. We can't guarantee when sizes get sold out, hence a lot of our customers suggested this option which we have implemented. We try to be as transparent as possible with our return policy so customers are fully aware before purchasing.
You most certainly can use your credit for shipping, unfortunately our system doesn't allow shipping to be deducted automatically, hence we have to do it manually. Just send us an email and we can refund the extra shipping cost paid and use your store credit instead.

The fabric, the quality and style absolutely beautiful. The comfort when trying on, fit like a glove. Not tight but contouring the body like clothing should. Love my outfits. Thank you x

My love for two sisters the label
I will always love how quick my shipments arrive from two sisters. The dresses I’ve ordered have always been high quality which I love. This dress also fits perfectly. I always have a hard time ordering clothes online with my petite size, though I’ve never encountered this with two sisters the label. I’m sure I’ll be buying another pretty little piece from them in a few weeks hehe.

My first purchase and couldn’t be happier! I purchased the Abbey dress for my nephew’s wedding. It arrived quickly, fit is true to size (although I ordered two sizes just in case) and quality is great. I will definitely shop again! I have just sent the second dress back so hopefully will get a refund soon. I received many compliments on the dress.

Disappointed in the quality of the…
Disappointed in the quality of the fabric and the shade of Pink of the Daisy Dress. The colour is more like a faded shade of pink/peach; not the bright baby pink as depicted in the images online and the fabric does not have the silky look as appeared online. I then had to pay $13.00 in postage to return the dress. Also seems unfair and unjust to not refund the money paid. I'm now forced to risk purchasing another dress or clothing item which may or may not be ok or fit correctly and then have to pay more money for shipping. Not happy.

Never have any sizes in stock. Set up email notification when a size in a style would be back in stock. Never got notified. Ordered a dress waiting to receive to then be told that the dress which was about to be sent out was faulty. Happy that I had no issues with getting a refund but overall disappointing

In regards to out of stock designs, we do kindly ask that customers email sales@twosistersthelabel.com to see if we have a restock date for one of our garments. Our customer care team will always check to see if we have any available dresses that aren't online for sale, that way, we can put one aside for our amazing customers! We do release new arrivals on average every two weeks and try to restock our other designs as often as possible.
In regards to the faulty dress, we do take pride in the quality of our designs, which is why we did not want to send you a faulty dress. Once again, we are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you but we do hope you find something else you love with us soon!
If you'd like to send through an email to sales@twosistersthelabel.com, one of our customer service representatives can provide you with a 10% discount code that can be applied on your next purchase! This code will never expire, so there is no rush to use it!

Beautiful dress, very happy with it however from the picture the material looked soft, I was expecting cotton material, although still happy with the overall look material is 100% polyester and feels hard/starchy. Will still be perfect for the event I’m attending, thank you!
