The Two Red Tabs camera bag solved my problem.

No more trying to decide between size, comfort, portability, preparedness, and style.

I was tired of having to choose between these things when traveling and I hate feeling unprepared and at risk of not having the right equipment for the right shot. I also hate being forced to carry a huge bag around once getting to my destination, only to find out that the photo opportunities only call for 1 or 2 lenses.

The Two Red Tabs bag takes care of all of it. It truly is a modular bag that seems to have no limit to its versatility. Once I got my hands on it and started exploring all the possibilities, it was obvious to me that this bag has been incredibly thought out and every inch of the bag (inside and out) is built for practical use. After using it, it's obvious the bag was designed by REAL photographers, to solve REAL problems, experienced by REAL photographers, not some huge profit-hungry corporation.

In addition to its functionality and versatility, it's designed to fit the human body the way a backpack should, with curved support that conforms to the natural curvature of the spine, shoulder straps with multiple adjustment points (not just tighter/looser), fully adjustable waist straps that are also removable, the list goes on. With a background in physical therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention, I have to hand it to the guys at Two Red Tabs. I no longer feel like I'm carrying an ironing board on my back like I did with other bags I've used.

I purchased my Two Red Tabs bag back in May, and while it hasn’t joined me on a photography trip yet, it’s become my go-to for every work flight. One modular bag with tons of clever compartments — everything clips, stacks, and fits just right.

The cost savings from skipping luggage check-ins have already paid for the bag 💸 but what I love most is how it’s taught me to pack smarter. For weekend escapes around DC, I just re-clip the smaller pouches — camera gear in one, makeup and accessories in another — and I’m out the door.

I purchased this camera bag a few months ago on a trip in Indonesia. I saw it and thought what a cool looking bag. So I asked about it and got a demo. It turned out it was a perfect fit for me. I usually travel with two cameras, three lenses, a laptop and a number of accessories. It’s a substantial bag with lots of cushion in the right places, so the equipment is well protected, even if the bag is tossed around. There are more than enough zipper pockets for batteries and other camera accessories as well as other valuables. Also enough room to toss in a light jacket and a couple protein bars. I have some back problems, but this bag is reasonable to carry and fits the back perfectly. It also comes with a smaller bag tucked inside which can be used for day trips when I only need one camera and one or two lenses. The bag is awesome and I highly recommend it.

Ive tried many camera bags from compact to a dedicated bags for camera and drone, but none is as comfortable as this one. I have a neck and shoulder problem so i am very concern about the design that doesnt hurt, and it just works with this bag!

There are many camera bags in the market, all boast that they are good at this and good at that but none are good at everything ! This is where the two red tabs bag comes in and shows how it should be done !
This bag is designed by photographers for photographers and has been very well thought through! From comfort to functionality and everything in between, this bag not only ticks the boxes but creates its own.
The versatility is second to none, the different use cases seem endless so far due to the modular design and it’s clear that there has been lots of considerations when it was being designed!

I’ve been using camera bags for decades however this bag from two red tabs has changed the way I approach my landscape photography ever since I started using it.

Had a once in a lifetime trip to Peru early in 2025 and was very keen to bring a few lenses with my SLR, but also concerned about additional luggage etc in my travel around Peru. The two red tab bag gave me a versatile solution to carry 3 lenses and a full frame body, along with 5 days worth of clothing without needing to see the Chiropractor afterward.

I particularly love the ability to use the smaller pocket bags as a bum bag or a cross body bag as I did some city walk abouta to keep passport and wallets in.

I found the two reds tab system so amazing and was in awe of the quality and features. I umm and ahh’d about committing as it was a bit out of my budget as a casual photographer but it is worth every cent. There are so many well designed components Stan and the team have thought through and it looks and feels even more better in real life then it looks on screen. The two red tabs system is so modular and versatile and my favourite part of the bag system. There are endless possibilities of how I can adapt and use each component or transform the bag depending on trip or gear I’m taking.

As a parent I even used it as a nappy day bag before and on my travels flying as it fits in the overhead compartment. Just got to be careful of weight as you may want to pack all the features like me, but they can always go in the check in if required.

The bag is so padded and strap supports are great. There are also many great features like all the pockets, quick access clips, straps, bags and waterproof cover. I love that all the gear is so well protected so I don’t have to think about it when putting the bag down or worry if wet weather arises.

The bag has lots of places to grab hold of and has 360 access! Back, front, side, top, bottom, and can easily do so with the bag still attached to you. You’re all covered.

All the zips and compartments are top notch. I love the quick snap clips. I’ve also attached the extra bungee straps to my zips with no paracord for quick and easy opening. The back support is the most comfortable and is on par with my high end hiking bags. Highly recommended.

The bag is amazing, cos it could be a 5 in 1 bag. Everything I need for my traveling bag. Cos it could be a pure camera bag, hiking bag, pouch for walking around, daily bag to bring my laptop to the cafe for work, and one bag that could be my laundry bag. Love it 👌🏼

I've had my 2redtabs system for about 2 months and I just love this camera backpack and all of the many great accessories that come with it!

Honestly I'm still discovering new things about it every time I use it (it's incredible how many different zippered compartments it has, for example). So far the bag has come with me on a few airplanes and I've taken it on photo outtings in the Pacific Northwest and here where I live in New York. I have never felt like my camera and other belongings are so protected.

I'll be taking the bag with me to Europe soon and I am looking forward to our adventures together!

The TRT backpack has been a game changer for me as an outdoors filmmaker I finally have a bag that fits my camera rig in, waterproof. Its big enough for long trips away when camping and cooking equipment is needed and being able to use and transform the other bags is great for day trips out in town or with the family.

I’ve been using my TRT backpack for hiking, and it’s been a total game changer. The bag feels solid and comfortable even on long treks, and the design is really practical. I managed to fit all my stuff, water bottle, snacks, and extra clothes, without feeling overloaded. What I love most is how organised everything stays, so I don’t have to dig around when I need something quickly on the trail. It’s now my go-to backpack for every adventure. Highly recommended!

I purchased my Two Red Tab bags on a photography trip and have just started using it. I am embarking on a longer journey and really needed a camera bag with more versatility for more than just a camera bag. I am loving this bag. I love the versatility of the all the attachments. I regularly use the smaller backpack on day trips rather than carrying everything with me.

I also love how comfortable this bag is, especially when fully loaded. It is like magic, it feels heavy but once its on my back the weight is so well distributed that it is incredibly comfortable. Everything is also very accessible at all times.

It was also a great experiencing purchasing from Stanley. I was given a full tour of the bag and then the service to purchase was exceptional. I loved the video on how to use the bag and all of its many features.

My only extremely minor changes would be the clips, which I also find a bit tricky to open and clip in. Also the luggage strap - I find that these come undone quite easily. In saying that the bag sits up so nicely - and is weighted well that it doesnt fall off my suitcase.

If you are travelling and want to take a bit of gear with you but have some versatility in a bag, then this is definitely THE bag. I love mine.

The camera pack bag is well made and very versatile. I bought it during a photography tour and the detachable smaller back pack became invaluable for some unexpected walks in extreme heat. I carried my camera in my hand and all my water in the small pack. I was able to keep going with the light load. The customer service is unparalleled. The online tutorial which shows all facets of the pack is excellent. Whenever I contacted customer service personally I received very helpful advice in a timely manner. I am well pleased with my purchase and the company.

The Two Red Tabs bag has quickly become my go-to for both everyday carry and family travel. It’s a very thoughtful design that adapts well across different occasions — I’ve even used it to carry my kids’ items while traveling, and it worked perfectly.

For day use, the bag is practical and convenient. One small improvement could be making the outer pocket a fully separate compartment for quick-access items. Also, the bottom S-hook is a bit hard to unhook — since the carabiner already provides security, a simpler hook design might make it easier to use.

As a main backpack, it’s very versatile and flexible, with plenty of smart storage options. The laptop/tablet insert could be smoother to use, as I struggled a little sliding in my iPad. The luggage slot works fine, but I personally prefer the sideways slot style (like Peak Design) as it balances better on rolling luggage — though I understand this is more of a personal preference.

Overall, the Two Red Tabs backpack is solid, reliable, and very well thought out. With just a few refinements, it could easily be one of the best all-rounder backpacks for both daily and travel use. Cheers to the team for creating such a smart system!

The modular multi bag design give you the ultimate flexibility from a hiking or travel backpack with space for all your camera great, though to a fanny pack for keeping your valuables sale when walking around town. You get all your needs covered.

The main backpack has cushioned padded compartments which are easily accessible from the many external zips on the top, bottom and sides of the bag.

You get a smaller day-to-day and a small hiking backpack as well as a rain cover for the whole pack. Even with all your great in the backpack the is still space for your clothes and some other great. You can hook your troops onto the back really easily and all the stops have a great security feature which stops thrives from getting into your bag by doing the stops from being opened without a little fiddling.

I’m a busy concert photographer and often struggled with getting my gear safely to the show or festival. With Tworedtabs, I take comfort that my gear is easily accessible and well protected. The side pockets give me the ability to quickly switch lenses and not miss the shot.

It’s very portable and sits comfortably on my back with the included pack straps. When I have to leave my bag in the media room, I know it won’t damage gear as it’s well padded on the outside.

I’ve only had my Tworedtabs bag for a short while but I am very impressed by the build and quality. They thought about everything we need for storage as a photographer. I’m looking forward to taking this on hikes as I go on birding and wildlife treks or shooting night skies.
