How can they claim 4plus star rating on their web page. Its a lie. No order confirmation, no shipping details, not answering the phone, not responding to messages. Took my CC payment on 17th Jan - nothing. Monster went to the wall - are Twootz next

Terrible product and no response to request for refund. I purchased a bag of suet pellets (pink) and I’d say 15-20% was pink dust (which I collected and sent them a video of (they requested pics). The birds wouldn’t eat the dust. Asked for refund and no response.

I have used Twootz many times to buy suet pellets as they are, by far, the cheapest company out there. However, despatch times can vary anywhere between 2-3 days and 2-3 weeks. However, to make matters worse, they use DHL as their courier who are awful. My last delivery was left in full view of passers-by and was stolen. They may be cheap but if you don't actually receive your goods then it's time to go elsewhere.

Have use Twootz many times before and always had a first class service Excellent communications, very competitive prices. Will certainl use the company again

The Original Flavour Fat Balls were and have proved to be a hit with all wild birds. Why you may ask has it taken me so long to submit my review? I can say that I have left it to the birds each day we fill up with fresh feed and each day they keep coming back for more, so what cannot speak cannot lie about the product.
With this product being in high demand you can expect some delays, I did, but the company came through with my order in a reasonable time and I was thrilled, and so were the wild birds. Just make sure you clean out your feeders on a regular basis and the birds will keep coming back again and again!!!

Cant understand any negative reviews. I've been buying from Twootz a number of years now. I find them reliable, excellent communication, quick delivery and excellent products. I have 13 hen pheasants and one boy who come to our house regularly because they get the peanuts I buy from Twootz. What a delight to see ! Also feed all varieties of small birds. You have to have a draw and boy, Twootz comes through every time !!! Lovely employees. Highly rate !!

Their mixed bird seed is the worst I've ever received. Full of rubbish that the birds won't eat , just leaves a big mess on the ground for rats or pigeons.

Ordered 25kg of peanuts, promised dispatch in 1-2 days and 1 day delivery.
NO dispatch took a week.

I’ve been dealing with Twootz for years and until the last couple of orders was always happy with the product. The birds used to go crazy for the fat pellets but now they empty out a huge feeder in an hour because they are chucking out all the dust as they can’t manage to find much solid to eat in it. Even the small birds don’t eat the dust that’s left on the ground. Therefore the competitive price becomes less attractive as it’s not feeding the birds just making a right mess. Won’t be buying it any more.

Whilst Twootz were never the quickest at dispatching orders, they always keep customers informed and shipments were generally sent out within a week of ordering.
I don't know why but their customer service is now almost non existent and their livechat never seems to be manned and getting a reply to e-mails takes a week or more.
My latest order was placed 18 days ago and despite their website stating that delivery of orders may take "up to 10 days", my order is still showing as being processed by the warehouse team.

Yes, they are cheap but what use is cheap if you never actually get what you paid for?

Following a recommendation I read on here, I recently placed an order with Garden wildlife direct and from ordering to delivery took 3 days.

I've been a customer of twootz for several years and have seen their delivery get worse and worse with each order .
The last three orders I have had to chase when they have passed the 10 days quoted .
This last order has taken almost 28 days it never progressed from being processed by their warehouse .
When I contacted them to chase it they still couldn't guarantee a delivery date .
I have now had a refund and managed to price match with garden wildlife direct via a 10%discount with guaranteed delivery in 3-5 days .
What a shame this once reliable company has gone so downhill.

I ordered 25kg of suet pellets on 24th November and expected a delay given the message on their website. I contacted them on 13th December and received an email the same day saying would be despatched in next 2 days. Products received on16th December.

Given the weather and travel disruptions, I am satisfied Twootz did what they could to fulfil the order. Birds very happy with the products.

Ordered two weeks ago. No update, no comms, can’t get hold of customer service. Very poor all round.

May be the cheapest but ignore the stated 3 day delivery as that NEVER happens... Could arrive days or weeks later with no correspondence from them stating delay. Excuse they are awaiting stock delivery. Purchase well in advance before you need it!!!!

Ordered 12.75kg bird peanut - were not delivered within three days and had to ring after a week to chase it.
Very disappointed with the poor quality of nuts as lots of nuts were crushed and lots of crumbs (almost dust) which I paid for!

The prices are very competitive, but delivery is slow & customer service non-existent.
I've left messages on "live" chat,emailed & phoned but it was an answer phone & left a message, but haven't received a reply.
My order on 15th November is still showing it is being processed? Even though it say's allow 10 days and when you buy it say's next day with DPD?
Could be busy or short staffed but at least keep the customer updated on the order!
Phoned again today but could not leave a message as it goes to their mobile and their mobile 07376256827 box is full, not a supprise!

Utterly Peanut Butterly is great and the birds love it……BUT customer service leaves a little to be desired and apparently your delivery can take 10 days (it says that in their website header) but checkout delivery states 2-3 days. Just be prepared to wait or order well in advance of your need.

Waiting delivery of 4 sacks of feed. No contact. Have tried to use there contact service but you the same old rubbish about know being available.
Sent two emails no response as yet.
Won't use them again

Fat balls at amazing price. Negative reviews mostly stem from waiting times which are quite a bit longer than most. This no doubt generates complaints (from customers who haven't noticed the published lead-in times) which the seller doesn't always respond to. A little patience and your stuff will arrive.

Used this company before, all good...........BUT just received my latest box of suit pellets, as always a bit of a wait but not a problem, however this box turned up and left a trail of red berry pellets in it's wake, on the porch, through the hall and in the utility room, the bag had split and the pellets were loose in the cardboard box, again not really a problem, these things happen.
Straight away I could see a lot of these pellets were going rotten though, soft and black, not just one or two but a large percentage, not good for birds :(
Looking at their website it offers a 'live chat' but always says 'no agents available', then says 'leave a message' but that always fails to send.
There is an email address so off went an email but after nearly a week guess what, no reply.
There is a phone number, phoned it, guess what, no answer just a message to leave a message and phone number, again no return call !!!
I'd advise to think carefully before ordering, they may be slightly cheaper but there is a reason for this !!!
