Gavin and Katie are bright stars and get my vote for the best web developer around. Blessed with the opportunity to work with them both, I loved that I could contact either of them when I had concerns and have it addressed in a very short time. Having two developers has its benefits and allowed me to call upon one of them at any given moment in time, appeasing any stress or worries along the way. Working with them was fast, easy and smooth. They were in constant communication with me, with humor and patience. Any challenge or hurdle was approached with focus, determination and a smile. At one point in time, I was having issues with my mail chimp and newsletter. Imagine my delight to hear Katie say “This sure is creating a fuss, we’ll figure it out, don’t worry’. That’s expertise and service – being able to trust in your developer to take care of business and remove the stress from your plate. It was like working with friends who take care of your every need and make you feel like #1. They held my hand and assured me I was in capable hands, which I was. They both went above and beyond through out the entire process. My website is a huge improvement and all thanks to Gavin and Katie for making suggestions for improvement and for providing me with new features.
