fraud shop, do not buy at twizzo or alternate

I ordered a product from twizzo (aka Alternate) via bol.com. The product was defect after a few months of use so I sent it to their manufacturer. After two months of waiting they sent me an e-mail telling me the serial number of the product does not match with their system. They sent the product un-repaired back to me. I have been contacting their customer service for weeks now. And only now were they willing to check the serial number again. I sent them a picture, but apparently, the manufacturer wants the whole product again so I asked me to send the defect product to the manufacturer again. This company is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I never experienced anything like this before. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! It is a fraud
