I got the items requested in rapid delivery time, I'm very pleased with the product as recommended by my structural engineer.

Great product delivers on time

The resin required a lot of pressure for the 2mm nozzle. It took along time to fill cracks, and went hard before completed. It did a great job in bonding.

Informed efficent staff on phone. Prompt accurate delivery.Can ask for little else.

Very easy to place the order and delivery was very quick. The VAT Invoice would not open however. I called and asked the email with invoice be resent however the invoice would not open. I tried forwarding it to another laptop thinking it was a problem on my end but the same outcome. I contacted Twistfix and they told me they could not help me as the invoices were automatically generated. Not good enough response.

Great, Speedy, Delivery

I bought the stainless steel Universal Wall Starter kit. I contacted Twistfix technical dept first to find out more before buying. They got back to me very promptly and answered my queries to my satisfaction. I then bought the product and am completely happy with it, as well as the personal service I got from the Twistfix sales office.

Bought a heavy duty resin gun, was sent a cheap, bargain basement skeleton gun completely different to what was pictured online.

The correct order No. is 33020 dated 27th May for the amount €471.32
Please make shure that order No 33019 is cancelled for the amount €311.53 pplease

Great idea however didn't find them any good at all.
Purchased special installation tool but it just kept slipping out of fixing and bent it so it was no longer at 90 degrees to the shaft, which the became a nightmare to finish off fitting.
The few that went in ok broke through the surface of the plasterboard as the hammer drill just punched it through with no control.
Bought standard mushroom fixings instead and these worked perfectly.
Would not recommend anyone buying or using these, very poor product.

Having paid for a 1-2 day express delivery it was 10 days before I received my order. It transpired that somehow the address on the package was completely incorrect, although it was correct on the delivery note. This was a very unhappy and expensive experience for me, having to waste time and petrol waiting around and chasing the delivery. Twistfix compensated me the grand total of £4.80 which was actually quite insulting considering the impact of this process failure. I did send an email about my experience but have had no response (so far)... I hope this was a one off...

The staff here are brilliant, extremely helpful and accommodating, the drimaster heat was recommended by a friend and they also had good things to say about this company and its staff. Everything you need comes in the box ( bar a small bit of wire which is easy to source). Very happy customer thanks twistfix
