Twinkly are fun with great customer…

Twinkly are fun with great customer service.
I love twinkly...first buying two curtains, than another, then two of the smaller curtains. It is fun to switch up the colors and patterns. I have had them for over a year and one of the curtains died. With some testing, I found that it was the power supply. I contacted Customer Service and they rapidly responded, and are now sending me a new power supply. It is fantastic to see a company who backs their products for an extended period of time and makes exchanges pretty friction free.

Longevity of products is an issue

Longevity of products is an issue.
Have a 6ft, 400 LED Christmas tree brought less than five years ago, and the top section of the tree has developed a fault. The lights are the incorrect colour and blink in different colours.
Contacted support, who needed videos of the issue to quickly determine it was unfixable remotely and a hardware fault.
Offered me a discount to buy new - which was not satisfactory.
I argued that LED lights should last 25,000-50,000 hours, which we are nowhere near as it’s a Christmas tree only used for one month a year, so it’s had a lifespan of four to five months.
We look after our things with great care; it was stored in its original box and kept inside the garage attached to the house, so it stayed dry and cool when not in use. There is not a single piece of damage to the LEDs, their string, or the tree.
Such much for longevity and sustainability.
Bad quality hardware; it seems the money is ploughed into the software and app.

Shame; we liked the tree, how quick it is to build, and the light effects.

Wouldn’t buy this brand again.

Unfortunately, with a product that is so far out of warranty, we cannot guarantee a full replacement: while LEDs are indeed designed for 25,000–50,000 hours under normal use, factors such as the complexity of Christmas tree assemblies, connectors, and electronics can occasionally lead to isolated hardware faults, even when the product has been carefully stored and used. Our Support team offered a discount as a goodwill gesture, which is standard practice for products that are out of warranty.

Horrible service. Scammers

Horrible service.
Did not ship order for 2 weeks with no updates.
When asked to cancel and refund, they said order cancelled but never refunded.
No communication since.

Got an answer on a Sunday, package arrived 5 days later in Iceland. Service that other should envy and try to follow. 100% recommend and here after I will only light up my house with twinkly

Excellent support

I'm undergoing my first installation and I needed a technical information on the physical set-up.
Not only the first line of support contacted me quickly, upon explaining what was the issue, it escalated to second line (tech team) and got an anwser on the same day.
Excellent products and Excellent support.

Great Customer Service

Unfortunately my unit stopped working and after a little trouble shooting I realized it was the power supply. I wrote custom service and they immediately were able to help and sent me a new power supply. No jumping through hoops or being grilled with questions! I really appreciate great customer service.

Such a great experience

Twinkly have provided me with amazing support prior to even purchasing their product. They acknowledged my wants & needs and assigned a representative named Paola who went above and beyond to fully understand the direction I wanted to go as well as provide all the information and suggestions that I needed. The products have arrived and thanks to my lengthy discussions with Paola, I am heading in the right directing to have my display set up exactly how I visioned it!

Twinkly Lights Great Customer Service

Twinkly Lights Great Customer Service. I had an issue with my Twinkly lights. The CS team asked for various information to diagnose the problem and are now sending me replacement lights. They were very responsive. I didn’t have to wait days between email responses like other companies. Highly recommend.

Excellent Aftersales Support

Power supply of Twinkly Strings that's more than a year old got busted. Replacement unit seems to be out of stock at Twinkly's site. I was ready to buy one from third party sellers, but I just tried contacting Twinkly's support. I didn't expect to get a reply just a few minutes after! They offered a free replacement of the power supply. It got shipped just a couple of days after. Their prompt response is much appreciated.

Amazing Experience

After waiting 10 whole months to put up the Christmas decorations, I was dismayed to realize that my 10' Twinkly was not working. I went online and filled out the form to get a replacement power unit. I was gleefully surprised to get a response within a few hours. A couple of pictures and a bit of info later and I was informed they would be sending me a new power unit. If only more companies stood by their products like this, we as consumers would have a much better life.
