The resources are good but they steal your money hiddenly activating your subscription
The resources are good. But I want to talk about their membership. This is the worst membership site I have ever seen. Some of the monthly £12.99 I paid for nothing. They just looted my money for nothing.
Apparently if you purchase a membership because you needed some resources to download, then you cancel the membership -- then if you download anything else after cancelling their membership, the membership resumes automatically. The next month they charge you again hiddenly while you forget that you have a membership active. No other online service does that.
This feels like a complete theft under a educational hood. So many months they took my money hiddenly while I forgot completely I have an active subscription. I'm genuinely frustrated on them right now.

Twinkl has really gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. I was temporarily locked out of my account and the team was able to look into my problem and restore accessiblity within hours.
