No transparency and scammers
I paid $140 for these people to dissolve my LLC, but four months later my LLC is still active. After contacting the Wyoming Secretary of State directly, I was informed that there is no record of any dissolution filing for my LLC.
As a result, I now have to go through the entire dissolution process again, file another annual report, and close my EIN with someone who is actually professional and cares about their clients.
This has been a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services.
