Great fire but terrible customer service
We bought the Luxion Panaromic electric fireplace from them recently, and the fire is very good, its good quality, quieter than our previous fire, it was a good price and seems just what we want, but their customer service is shocking.
The fire is described as able to be used 3 ways which indicates blanking plates should be included in the box but they weren't. They took too long to despatch the fire, they've ignored my emails and when I tried to ring them, they had closed early for Easter without putting a message to this effect on the answering machine or website.
