Make sure it’s what you want! Returns Suck!!!

I had purchased MORryde steps in the beginning and was very satisfied with them. Then I purchased the hand rail from them without looking at other competitors, since I was happy with them. Well, I didn’t like the hand rail and returned it. I only put it on and took it off. Now the hand rail is $57 to buy. I paid $27 to ship it back by UPS or Fed Ex, which they said I had to do. They refused it and sent it back to me. Pretty irritated with the whole situation. Any refund would of been good, even if it wasn’t full. The steps are great!

Demco Kar Kaddy SS Purchase

The process could not of been easier to order my Demco Kar Kaddy. I spoke with a representative by telephone named "Michael" who was very professional in answering some of the questions I had and then placing the order. I was updated by email as to where the Kar Kaddy was in the ordering status and I quickly received notification that the Kar Kaddy was ready to be picked up at the office and fully assembled. The staff at Tweety's greeted me upon my arrival to pick the Kar Kaddy up and assisted in quickly hooking it up for transport. I was very impressed with the quality and engineering that went into the Kar Kaddy.SS. All the staff at Tweety's was exceptional in dealing with and I will definitely buy again from Tweety's.
