The software itself is okay, but the customer service was honestly pretty bad. I asked for a refund for an extra month I was charged after forgetting to cancel on time, and they didn’t even want to do the refund. On top of that, communication was slow and frustrating. At one point, it took them two days to reply, even after I followed up twice.
Because of this whole experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.
I tried it on a handful of influencers with 20k+ followers and it only found like 10 emails each haha
Could be that the algo changed. Happy to update my review if they fix the scraper
Worst Service, Most the time scrape will stop after getting the around 100 leads and when you get the more than this it it wont scrape and it will keep loading.
I contacted to the customer service for the refund but no response then I again contacted them so they might help which the leads were not downloading and another scrap was not starting they didnt help.
