Excellent service
I have been a customer of TweakBit for about four years, and their service is excellent. Whenever I have had a problem, they have ALWAYS been able to fix it. Also, the "monthly maintenance" I have them do on my laptop and Desktop is an excellent way to keep my machines running optimally.

Logitech incompatibility (Logitech options) / Driver Updater
Tried out Tweakbit... seemed fine until I noticed it messed up my Logitech USB unifying software by installing older drivers. I could still use my mouse and keyboard but my unifying receiver couldn't be detected anymore by Logitech Options.
Spent a few hours uninstalling Windows Driver Packages involving Logitech components and reinstalling Unifying software from Logitech.
Otherwise, system seems stable.
