SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT!

I have no agenda! I was scammed and I am trying to warn others! Please believe!

I placed an order for replenishment medication through their online platform. My Amex was immediately charged for the full amount of this purchase.

Despite the immediate charge, I have not received any order confirmation number, tracking information, or subsequent communication regarding the status or shipment of my order. As of today, five weeks have elapsed since the initial transaction, and the ordered medication has not been delivered.

In an effort to ascertain the status of my purchase, I contacted their customer service department multiple times. Several of the representatives I spoke with were unable to provide any specific details or updates concerning my order, which has significantly compounded my frustration.

From patterns and consumer feedback indicates potentially deceptive and exploitative practices, warranting a thorough investigation into their ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

I’ve utilized the wellness company for purchases since the COVID 19 days when I wanted to be prepared with medications in case we were locked down and /or restricted ! The ease in which to order and the level of quality products made in the USA were important to me ! These products have literally been responsible for saving my husbands life with the ivermectin menbendazole compounded formula. He had a pancreatic cancer diagnosis and we got him started in the product one month after he was diagnosed and he had a pet scan in May that showed no metabolic activity. This is incredibly encouraging and we owe it to the Wellness company for making it easy to order this sought after compounded formula.

Thank you for all you do. We are blessed to have had the knowledge of your company and products.

They charged me $300 but I never got the product!
Many emails later I found out they input my address wrong but somehow want to blame me for it even though a previous email from them confirmed they already had my correct address. Terrible customer service!!

Do NOT send these people money. I have been waiting on two wellness kits for two months. Customer service is worthless - all they will do is offer a $15 credit. They will not offer a refund. I am disputing with AMEX and, if that doesn’t work, I’ll sue in small claims. You’ve been warned.

Dont buy Ivermectim. Its not in stock. Been waiting over 2 months now. they just send robot annoying replies to your email. 600 dollars wasted

This company is running a scam! I ordered ivermectin/mebendazole over 6 weeks ago for a cost of $314.99. The company admitted to me via email that they've accepted more orders for ivermectin than they can fill, but they flat out refuse to accept a cancellation of my order and will not issue a refund. They claim the order cannot be cancelled once it has been sent to a pharmacy. Of course it can be cancelled! I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, which remains unanswered by TWC. This is not a good company to do business with. They obviously care more about their profits than they do their customers. They know that people are using their parasite cleanse off label to treat cancer! I find it disgusting that they are taking advantage of cancer patients who are no doubt at a desperate point in their lives! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES IN RETURN!

CAUTION: I have been waiting for over 5 WEEKS and no shipping information to date after 3 support contacts that instantly reply with "sorry for the delay, will escalate" but nothing never happens! FRAUDALENT advertising and service. You are billed instantly but never receive your product - contacting them does nothing. Makes you wonder if even the pills they offer are legitimate! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered 4 kits bc I’m overseas 200+ days a year. I ordered 2 emergency kits and 2 pandemic kits. I placed my order May 11, 2026 and called their customer service to complain that I’d not received any tracking number or updates. I was told that it is hard to ship these meds and to be patient and maybe in another week if I haven’t received any updates to call them again. On June 10th, 2026 I wrote to the company (to begin my paper trail realizing at this point that they are either scammers or totally incompetent) and was again thanked for my patience and advised to wait. I ONLY USE PAYPAL when purchasing from online vendors because I know that PayPal has the best dispute center and resolution team. I went through PayPal dispute and resolution center and 12 hours after escalating my claim via PayPal I was refunded my money in full. TWC tried to get me to not escalate my claim and to click “resolved” and go private through them which of course I would not do. I advised PayPal to get this terrible vendor off their trusted platform as they are likely preying on the public at large. TWC does not deserve the privilege of being on the PayPal platform. Very disappointing that a company so highly touted by that doctor whose name escapes me is actually scamming people and stealing their money. I may go to the nursing board website and complain against the prescribing provider as well due to she is probably a grifter as well.

My last order from Wellness Co got destroyed by the carrier I assume. I reported it to customer service along with some pictures and they responded quickly. After several email conversations they have replaced the order . Great customer service.

Customer service is top notch! I inquired about my order and a partial delivery, the response was quick, professional and my question answered in a very timely manner. There was constant follow up during the process to clarify and answer my question. The communication with both customer service and the medical doctors is exceptional!

My order was confirmed on April 22nd 2026 - money taken out of account. It is now June 13th and after numerous emails I am still no closer to receiving it. I get the same responses every time. ‘We completely understand your frustration and have your order prioritized’ etc etc.
Good luck - hopefully you will have better luck than me.

It took over a month to receive my order. They shorted me 5 capsules. I ordered 90 and counted 85. Waiting to hear back from support. If they make this right, I’ll update my review.

We ordered a parasite cleanse for my wife. The process for getting the product shipped took forever and felt like if we hadn't been on top of them it would not have been shipped. When it was shipped it was shipped to the wrong address. It was an old address we lived at 12 years ago. The computer on which the order was placed did not autofill the form. Our current address was given. When UPS confirmed it was delivered to the old address we called The Wellness company. Not our problem was their reply. UPS was unable to do anything so we are out $510. Do NOT use this company. The image portrayed on the commercials doesn't match reality. Terrible customer service. I wish I could be telling a different story of how the company simply worked with us and sent another one even at a reduced price. The point is to build an ongoing relationship using their products. Stay away from them!

Pathetic. Slow. One month later, still waiting. If you call, it's a clown show. Shop anywhere but here, despite zero hedge ads. ZH, pull your heads out!

This company is a fraud. Please read reviews. I ordered and canceled the same day. These people told me I couldn't canceled they had to. And charged my account. I did a dispute with my bank and they told me in order to get my money back I had to cancel my dispute. And the money will be in my account the same day i do. Well I did haven't seen the money yet. We'll be disputing again if the money is not in my account by Friday. Thank God I saved all the emails.

I ordered a Medical Emergency Kit on May 8th. It is now June 11th and I still have not received it. I sent an email and was told that I needed to fill out the medical form request, which I had. It was approved by an M.D. on May 11th. I have continued to send emails, and have received very nonspecific answers, which I believe to be an AI bot. I'm very disappointed with this company, and will not use it again.

I placed an order on April 7. It is now June 10 every time I’ve contacted them. They told me the prescription was at pharmacy and that I couldn’t be refunded because it was already at pharmacy. Today I was told it wasn’t at pharmacy and there was a holdup because of a form. I have never been told anything about that before now and have contacted them at least four times. I’ve asked for a full refund which they’re not willing to do and still I’m getting the runaround. I thought this is a reputable company and that I could count on them communicate in an appropriate way, but I guess I was wrong.

Forget the replenishment by the time you fool with that you can see your Doctor the only relief I found in their meds was for diarrhea the rest did nothing I guess it speaks for itself

I ordered a prescription drug on April 27, 2026. It was approved on April 28 by a physician. The doctor sent an email with instructions. Three weeks later, no delivery. No communication stating that there was a back log. No tracking number. I called customer service and explained that I was leaving for the summer and would not be at the delivery address after May 20. There was no good explanation for why I had not received the product. My credit card had been charged immediately when the order was placed. I tried to get a delivery address change but was then told that the doctor that had approved the RX was not licensed in the state that I would be residing in until September.
After at least 3 or 4 calls to customer service I asked that the order be canceled and a credit be issued on my credit card. The agent assured me that the cancellation was done. I asked for an email confirmation of cancellation which I never received. Finally, I initiated a dispute on my credit card. I have a credit at this time from Citibank card until this is worked out with the Wellness Company. What a hassle.
Now, I received an email from the logistics company saying that the item has shipped TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WHERE I WILL NOT BE AT UNTIL SEPTEMBER!
I believe that the Wellness Company needs to get a new method for customer service and get a better system worked out. They grew too fast and cannot keep up with orders.
I would never have imagined that ordering on April 27 I would not have the product by the time I was leaving , May 20. Amazon can ship in 24 hours.
