Peace of mind
Prompt response after finding through Check Trade. Quote was good value, had a plumber on site within a few hours.
Polite and took pride in his work. Will be using the company again in the future, although I hope not too often!

I ordered a skip to be delivered A.M…
I ordered a skip to be delivered A.M and your recipient took my order in an efficient manner. Not receiving a skip by 10.45 I dialled Number 01733215333 only to find for the next 25 mins that I was 2nd in the queue, but told to hold on. Thankfully at last i was able to seek the answer to where my skip was, to be told that it would be 1 p.m. before it would arrive. Your present system is NOT working and the time I had to wait reflects my 1 star award.However the skip was delivered at 2.15 p.m and I have adjusted my stars to 3 despite the long wait for someone to answer the phone.
