We regret using TWA Photo
TWA was terrible to work with. The cost of their services and quality of their work doesn't align, even for the wedding industry. We had high hopes for TWA given their seemingly positive on-line reviews, but unfortunelty regret our decision to hire them to photograph our wedding. We received our final images just two days after the event, which tells you everything you need to know about the seriousness with which they took the job. Nothing but excuses and denials from a rotating cast of TWA customer service reps as to why the quality of our experience was so poor. Since then, and after no less than 4 phone calls and 15 e-mails exchanged, they claim we're being unresponsive to resolution. This is so strange to us since none of our concerns have been addressed, or any kind of restitution offered.
