Well what can I say other than Don't Order From These Guys!! The items sold are NOT what they advertise, Do Not Waste Your Time and Money!!

I ordered a black men t shirt from this website and it wasn't what I saw online. Fake and the t shirt wasn't quality as it shows online. cheap t shirt with poor print. I have regretted for wasting my time and money. Fake stuff. I will tell all my friends not order from this website.👎👎👎

If I could give 0 stars I would, this company is absolutely a scam and never ship out any products they claim. Nor do they respond to any support requests.

everybody who works here should kill themselves. i bought something for my halloween costume with the best shipping option and it's been 5 days and now I have no costume. fuuck you to everyone who works here!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I called them to make sure I would get the costume and even had priority shipping. After 5 days I called them again and it had never shipped out. They had no idea why it didn't ship. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Received the wrong item and it was completely damaged. I’ve emailed them with no response.

Two stars: Though I received it in a timely manner, they sent me the wrong item. They DO NOT refund the shipping costs, and the shipping return fees is ALSO paid for by the consumer. You have to pay to return something they messed up on? $12 lost to this website for nothing.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with ordering a product online. I ordered and then within 5 minutes of that order, cancelled my order through all the correct channels. My cancellation was confirmed. Next thing I know two days laters my card is getting charged, and the product is being shipped to my house. I contact customer service, and even though it is clearly all TV STORE ONLINE’s fault they will not accept the blame or fix their problem. So in order to get my money back I have to go through the whole return process and also pay for it to get shipped back to the company out of my own pocket. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Products are pretty low quality and not only did I have to pay for my own return shipping, they only give a partial refund. Extremely poor customer service.

This store is a complete and utter scam. They take your money and then don't send your item, nor do they answer any of their emails. They make themselves out to have so many items, but I truly believe they merely have nothing to offer.

I purchased a hoodie for my 3 year old. He LOVED it. It looked exactly like shown on the website. Unfortunately after it was washed (no bleach) the color faded a lot and was showing white through most of it. I asked to have a replacement and was told that it is outside of their exchange/refund policy because it was washed/worn. That is understandable if it was an item with no defect, but this item is defective. Very disappointed. Wish I could have gave this company 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they do not stand by their products.

TvStoreOnline is an amazing company! Everything is an easy purchase and items were received fast! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We ordered Halloween costumes through TVStoreOnline (from Amazon). The package came super quick, although it was missing one of the costumes we ordered. I contacted customer service and they quickly remedied the issue. So quickly, I got the missing costume the next day. These costumes were also the same costumes featured on other sites, for approximately $10.00 less. Needless to say, we are super happy.

Like so many others have written, it is a fly by night operation that isn't equipped to handle any sort of customer service. I would swear this is being run out of someone's basement. I purchased 4 t-shirts. I decided to return 2 not because there was anything wrong with them but I simply changed my mind once they arrived. BTW, I paid through PayPal. I patiently waited a month for my refund before I placed my first phone call. I was told that the lady who handled that was on vacation and she would call me upon return. 2 weeks later I placed another call and again reached the same man I spoke with the 1st time. He assured he would make this a priority and I would have my refund immediately. 10 days later I placed my 3rd call and spoke with a woman (I presume the one that was on vacation in first phone call), She said the same thing....they would process it immediately and I should see the refund to my Paypal account soon. 3 more days have passed and still nothing. I have now had it up here (hand at my forehead) and now want to warn anyone else considering buying from this fly by night operation. Yes, there is a great selection. However, I HIGHLY suggest doing business elsewhere even if the same item is a few dollars more.

They had super fast shipping. Their customer services were amazing. I also loved the huge selection to chose from on their website. I 100% reccomend them. I was super happy with the products I got!!

When you call to return item, no one answers. When you leave a message, no ever returns your calls. When you email them asking how to return items, no one ever replied. Google got involved and finally got a reply. Then I only received a partial refund. Google helped again and received full refund. I will never ever order from this store again. Buyer beware.

I placed an order for a Santa Suit with expedited shipping. A couple of hours later I decided to cancel the order. I sent two emails requesting to cancel the order and received no response. The next day the item was shipped. My request was ignored. After receiving the item (still no response to my initial 2 emails) I contacted them again through the chat interface and the costumer service representative directed me to the "returns" page on their website. No attempt to further help or gesture of sympathy. I completed the requested form and sent the item back. I spent an additional $15.62 on this shipping. A few days later I received an email from Rakuten (I made the purchase through them) saying that they too had problems reaching them, but they would issue a refund to me and no return was necessary. This was after I had already spent additional money to return it to them. All this hassle could have been avoided if I had gotten a prompt response from them on the first place.

I will make sure to share my experience with others so they stop and think before making a purchase from them. This was both, disappointing and frustrating. This should never happen in an online transaction. How hard can it be to reply to an email from a client? Bad business practice.

If you do purchase from them, make sure it is something you are 100% sure you will not have to return. Otherwise, you are on your own!

The order I placed was a mistake on my part....however trying to cancel/return the order was the biggest hassle! I immediately realized I placed the order wrong so I quickly emailed them back to cancel the order. I could not call because they were closed at the time. The next day I get an email saying my order is shipped but I never got an email explaining that my order could not be cancelled. Their return policy is terrible, you basically have to find your own way to return the item. I packed it up and sent it to UPS where the lady told me it would be $11 to send it back. That is double the amount of shipping I paid and I'd actually be losing money if I returned the item. I called to complain and the woman kept arguing with me telling me it was my fault. I know it was my fault that I placed the order but the least they could have done was help me out instead of argue with me. They pride themselves on such great customer service but they can't even cancel an order! Never ordering from them again!

Sunday ordered Halloween costume w expedited shipping to be delivered by Thursday. Monday got shipping confirmation email. Thursday evening got an email that the shipping email was a mistake and that they didn't really have the costume in his size after all. My son now has NO Halloween costume and it is too late to order from someplace else. this company is irresponsible and awful. Will NEVER order from them and I suggest you don't either if you actually want the item you order.
