You always have problems when i am watching something i enjoy. i watch a lot of rubbish and it rarely happens then.
I looked through the previous reviews and saw a lot of responses of 'yeah there was a problem but now it's fixed'. Unfortunately, most times it's not ( I've had the same issues). It would improve things if you could organise at least being able to back record so that when your service drops, like it just has, you can, if the programme finishes before service is restored, at least go back and pick it up.

Again the system is down. Very frustrating. No idea when it will be up and running again. Just get the standard reply. BBC1 not working at start of SAS Rogue Heroes; Screen just freezes. Other channels working fine. Also have to repeatedly sign in, a problem other people have identified…are you ever going to sort it out ?

DON'T JOIN - unless you want to be continually dropped and asked to sign in ALL EVENING - missed the programme the I wanted to view - plus I only wanted the service for the duration of my stay away from the UK but was directed to pay for the full year - complete waste of money

If I could give them 0 stars I would because their service (if you can call it that) is appalling. I turned my tv on around 12.30 today wanting to watch the news. I had to sign in to TVMucho, even though I hadn't signed out. I spent 30mins to 1 hour trying to get a news program, but all I got was buffering, or worse, I had to sign in again. I've lost count of how many times I've had to sign in today. Sometimes I've actually had a few minutes of tv before being asked to sign in again. In the end, I decided to watch some programs that I had recorded, but even that isn't working and I suddenly lose my recording and I'm asked to sign in AGAIN!!!!!! Frustrated does not come close to how I'm feeling at the moment, but I've given up on trying to watch tv tonight because I might just put my foot through the screen. If you are thinking of subscribing to TVMuch....DON'T. I've rarely come across such a heap of old rubbish in my life, so please save your money and find an alternative. If you choose TVMucho, you will regret it.

Forced to sign in every 10 mins or less
Service can be jittery or cut out altogether. BIGGEST problem is signing in every 10 minutes or less, I checked and it is not just me. There is a reason why I have used this service less and less, do not bother with pzaz either. Pzaz is partnered with tvmucho, when they changed their interface i could no longer access the uk channels, so accessed my subscription on the tvmucho app, it was tvmucho that asked me to migrate to the pzaz app.
I have had a subscription for years, not looking promising.

This used to be a good provider, support is usually responsive BUT recently the service has suffered from a higher than usual number of disruptions. Now more than 12 hours without BBC news. Asked to sign in four times. May consider moving away!

excellent support.have just signed up again after being away for over a year....i am now 80 and find setting upon tv ..a bit difficult...password and signing in etc

Surprised to read the negative reviews on here.
I have been using TVMucho (pzaz) for some years now and as you would expect with a service which relies on the internet, you do get a few problems now and again, but overall I have found it to be a good service for receiving Uk channels and being able to record is a bonus.
The customer service usually comes back within minutes if there is a problem.
I use it on my firestick,mobile,iPad,and lap top with very few problems.

I recently bought the years…
I recently bought the years subscription. And I put it on my smart tv through the web but every time I watch something I get a black screen half way through telling to press any button apart from the on/off button to resume programmes

I Used this service before and I have discover no virgin media one and virgin media two and virgin media three. Is there any way that yee could get them back on again and just to say this. There is too many foreign tv stations on this service too

Damn this retched service!
I actually liked using TVmucho as it was the only online TV service that had Virgin Media Four on offer in their channel lineup. So things were going smoothly until all of a sudden on or about 29th September when the Virgin Media Four stream stopped working and appeared to have been replaced with RTÉjr. Nothing I tried worked to restore Virgin Media Four.
Contacted customer support about what happened to Virgin Media Four and why its stream was suddenly replaced with RTÉjr and was essentially fobbed off! I have never came across such a customer service that's so rude! It's like they don't even care about their customers' needs.
Needless to say I cancelled my subscription with TVmucho. I'm not dealing with a company with customer support that's extremely rude and tells its customers to essentially GTFO whenever issues like these arise.

I have TVmucho for several years now, I think around 5 years, and so far so good. The only thing, I will love to have subtitles but for some reason it is impossible.
