I got fairly quick response from a real person, and he gave me the info I needed promptly. I've been with TVF for about three years, and no complaints yet. They are consistent and professional, which is always comforting when you are thousands of miles apart! I have placed many hundreds of orders with them to date, and nothing serious has ever gone wrong (yet!) even if my positions are only very small.

I signed up in late 2023. The start up process, I was very ably assisted by my contact broker Mr. Brian Giefing who was totally Professional and Enthusiastic at all stages. He arranged a bonus payment to add to my total.

I started trading very slowly in 2024 whilst getting used to the Software. It has many functions that will take time to master and even to get to know the range.

Most set ups were clear and Brian Giefing joined me in several Whatsapp calls in order to assist. He has been in contact on a regular basis.

I am still going through the learning stages of using the platform. This will take many weeks before I use the platform to its fullest potential.

Despite the fact that the price did not reach the level they said, my positions were closed. Instead, when I contacted them to report the issue, all I got was an email telling me that my account will be closed because the price had reached my specified take profits. Great broker, I am a happy user for many years, great fills and great trading conditions only fault that is making me give a medium rating is the fees on USDT deposits and withdrawals. I have paid 0.6% withdrawal fees for USDT ($450+ for my withdrawal). In today's day and age there is a plethora of crypto PSPs that can accommodate crypto to fiat deposits and withdrawals for less than 0.10%

Absolutely fantastic! Wasnt sure at first as hadn't heard of them before, but actually they have turned out to be the best broker I have ever used, and I have used a LOT! Michael is my account contact and could not be more helpful or responsive. Nothing is too much trouble and requests are actioned in minutes! Deposits and withdrawals are super quick and their C trader platform and MT5 platforms are fantastic. They offer flexible leverage and they also allow you to be a FULL member of Ctrader, meaning the raw full featured system is available on desktop, web and mobile. Unlike many brokers that hold back features for months or years. For example they have the new copy trading functionality of ctrader which is SO much better than the old Ctrader mirror.
Honestly, you will not be disappointed, as I say I was sceptical as I have had many bad experiences with brokers. But they are really top notch and I am very happy to be their client and hope to be for many years to come!
