Would not recommend

Was having a great time- until they locked my account without warning claiming I hadn’t paid my deposit. It’s been well over a week, I’ve been wagering all week (and was positive from where I began). So not only have I lost my initial deposit, but also the winnings.
Customer service requested photographs of my debit card and full account review of my personal bank account. When provided with only the relevant transaction, claimed it “wasn’t enough information”.
Horrible customer service. Lost initial deposit AND winnings because I refuse to share my entire week’s worth of spending history and my full debit card. Would not recommend.

If you loaded your account with the e-Check deposit option, it’s important to remember this works just like writing a physical paper check. If the bank tells TVG the funds were not available, then the account is disabled to stop any further play on it. In these instances, to allow a customer to continue using e-Check we require a customer provide proof of funding availability. Fan duel has ruined TVG. I don’t want a banner of NFL games running across the bottom of my TV screen. I watch TVG for horse racing not on NFL games.

What’s changing?
• Wagering via the TVG app and TVG.com does not change in any way, customers do not need to do anything with their TVG wagering account
• TVG Network will become FanDuel TV, TVG2 will become FanDuel Racing, Watch TVG will becoming FanDuel+
• You will find everything in the same place as before, the location of the Network on your TV is not changing
• While the network plans to add some sports programming in the early morning, horse racing coverage from noon ET till midnight will remain unchanged
• The same talent will be presenting racing on the network; Todd, Christina, Simon, Britney, Mike, Gabby, Scott, etc. will continue to lead the coverage on the Network

So I give 1 star because they pay…

So I give 1 star because they pay quickly. TVG has terrible customer service, I quit them 5 years ago, and stupidly came back, and will close account after Breeders Cup. 10 weeks ago I made some future bets for the BC classic, after they showed me the probable payoff for the bets. A week later they showed the bets but no odds. I've sent a couple emails to C S but still no odds. It's a joke if my horse is scratched I lose the bet yet the odds are not locked in. Probably the worst bet I've ever made. I've bet future bets for forty years usually in Las Vegas and a many with online sports books. Always had odds locked in but not with tvg. They also charge 5% on credit card deposits. Twinspirers and NYRA do not. I highly recommend those 2 over tvg

Terrible TV presentation

The tv presentation has gone down hill to a near zero rating. Yes, they went from being TVG to now Fanduel TV.

Watching horse racing on the tv is so annoying now. They have a Fanduel banner at the bottom of the screen that takes up 20% of the screen. It blocks the running order, previous races payoffs, minutes to post for next races.

Big problem is that the reduced screen of a race is blurry.

They royally screwed up the horse race presentation.

Note to Fanduel TV; horse racing fans and gamblers tune in to this channel to watch and wager on horse racing. We do NOT want to see betting information for football games that we don't care about.

Atleast remove the banner when a horse race is in progress.

Hello, watch a few hours of your own product and you will quickly realize the many errors of your current production.

First time using this app

This was my first time using this app. Very easy and quick to see the results. They stood by their word and refunded my loss on my first bet within minutes. TVG needs new IT and support teams.

TVG clearly has the most options available. Unfortunately their site is slow, their video links are many times incorrect, their video takes a long time to load and then continuosly buffers. Their phone support is non existant. You should know if you send them an email they wont read it the first time. They simply send out a form reply asking you what your problem is right after you spent 15 minutes typing it in the original email. I picked todays date because quite frankly I have had multiple bad experiences with their support and their site and dont remember all the dates. The worst problem is I am constantly missing bets because their video replay window keeps opening up when you are scrolling the racecard or trying to select horses. It seems to me that the idea of a gambling site is to get people to bet. Not prevent them from betting....Duh!

TVG was a great source for betting…

TVG was a great source for betting racehorses UNTIL THEY MERGED WITH FANDUEL. Now when you watch the races you do not have the numbers displayed of the horses running order because FanDuel has a banner with all other sports it has nothing to do with horse racing. In our state FanDuel is useless. And we have placed bets that do not show up but they take the money out. Leaving fanduel/tvg will do our bedding on TwinSpires from now on

Tried to take advantage of the $200…

Tried to take advantage of the $200 risk free bet. I might have not added the code correctly when signing up-not sure on that but the customer service received after attempting to reach out has been pretty bad. Took 7 days to get a response, and response was just a link to another survey.

Poor instructions for first time users…

Poor instructions for first time users with respect to promotion. I signed up for the free $200 first bet and ended up with a $200 play thru bonus. Not what I expected and was unable to withdraw my $200. I am not new to betting sites either. New users should use caution.

I used to be a huge TVG fan until they…

I used to be a huge TVG fan until they hooked up with Fan Duel.
Now the broadcast is nearly 1/2 covered up with fan duel sports betting lines all the time.
It is annoying to those of us who like to watch horse racing.
I am done with them

Analysis of human trafficking in China who is with TVG for over 20 years since FanDuel took over it sucks. It seems that FanDuel doesn't care about the horse people. I will never use TVG, again your customer service is so bad I can't even explain it.

Things have changed at TVG for sure

Things have changed at TVG for sure, The "Fan" experience is a total Train Wreck with their system Timing out all the time, having to re login every 20 minutes..... and yes they have their stock answer to clear your browser, but that does not work, and streaming... forget about it. I have DTV, but I am ditching them for Twin Spires, they don't go down, beautiful streaming.
