TV furniture direct are outstanding, The TV stand that I put together wasn't suitable for my TV however when I asked TV furniture direct if they would swop it for another style they did without hesitation, I didn't think that they would as it was my mistake not theirs and I had opened it and put it together however it was no issue for them, The exchanged one arrive quite quickly they did the swop and the new one looks great, I am so happy and will shop again with them without hesitation.

I recently purchased a glass TV stand from TVfurnituredirect through the website Manomano.
Having never ordered from this website before I was a little sceptical but I have to say I am so, so pleased. The stand was delivered to me in Northern Ireland, free of charge and with all of the difficulties we have been experiencing with Brexit this turned out to be problem free and with me within 2 days. I had worried the stand i had ordered would not fit my 65 inch TV and had emailed customer service. They assured me that it would fit but if I had any issues they offer a 14 day money back returns guarantee. The TV stand arrived,was extremely easy to assemble - requiring no tools and it looks amazing. All for excellent value, with excellent customer service and looks brilliant. Thank you so much, would have no reserves about reccomending both tvfurnituredirect and manomano to anyone.

Ordered a TV Stand with a shelf but received without a shelf, emailed the company straight away but have not heard anything , have tried calling but just rings out.
Ordered through Amazon states they should respond with 48 hrs but still waiting.
Would like to return with my money back .
If this is what they call customer services don’t bother

I bought a glass TV stand from this company on the 29th of Feb 2020. On finding it was damaged, I tried to call them via the number on the website. Each and every time I got an answer machine. I left a number of messages, asking them to contact me - they never did. I also contacted them via e-mail on their website but they didn't respond. It's now mid April and still no response. I don't know how this company stores its products, but when I opened the box I wasn't surprised that the stand itself was damaged - the protective polystyrene surrounding it was in bits... and I mean small bits! There was also evidence that the box had been opened before - probably more than once judging by the way it was taped up, and so I suspect they knew it was damaged when they delivered it. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to do something to warn people about this rogue company.

ordered the 140cm tv stand which the hisense 65 inch wide legs fit on it,perfect stand,communication was lacking tho ,no answer to my e,mails or phone,they must finish early on a friday maybe

bracket bought as "guaranteed to fit model" had to be cut to size

Ordered and delivered next day. Superb service

Product as described, well packaged and with good instructions. Only issue is I had to cut down the screws to fit. Otherwise they sat proud of the bracket.

Ordered a TV stand which arrived damaged by courier after a quick call a replacement was sent with 24 hours very good communications and follow up.

All arrived in one piece ! As described , easy to assemble, looks good
with the TV on it. TV Furniture direct very helpful with the measurements
as it was an oval stand and a 65" tv to go on it. I would buy again.

The assembly instructions were clear and everything was well labelled so it was easy to assemble.

Through my own fault, had to return a Wall Bracket and was really pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service.
