TV Aerial Company Reviews 

Would give less stars if we could. They charged us £420. For a new socket and aerial. He was on the roof for about 10 minutes and I have since found out that that is a 2 hour job at least. So obviously he only pretended to fit the aerial. Also a new aerial should only cost £150. Tops and a new socket about £30. Including VAT. I phoned their customer service to complain and they were very rude and aggressive with me. Never use this company, they are thieves and con artists.

Guy who came out was very nice, however unlike to web page they won't tidy away the cables, they won't make sure that the TV is up and running, they won't ensure that the TV can ACTUALLY reach the plug socket.

They will charge TOP amount and do a half arsed job.

Very disappointing.

Matt from tvaerialcompany fixed my aerial issues today for three TVs. Matt was polite, tidy, efficient and, most importantly, trustworthy.

I would highly recommend this company. The engineer who visited the property, Darrel was informative at every stage of the job. He explained everything that needed to be done in an informative and professional manner. Felt confident in the work being carried out. Very happy.

The gentleman Darren who assisted me was professional, prompt, helpful and was able to connect up my television. I am very happy with the services provided. Emergency repair . Got sorted quickly.
Initial confusion over timeslots . As they don't offer them despite what said by Call Centre .
Engineer Lawrence knowledgeable and got on with repair quickly and efficiently . No complaints there .

What an efficient company. I enquired by email, got a call back in minutes and the job was done before lunchtime the following day. Carl the engineer was excellent and wouldn't be beaten as at first the high trees caused signal problems but he found a way around it. Cant recommend this company high enough.

Darren Smith the engineer fitted the cctv no fuss explained how to use the equipment clearly and I am glad to have used this company. Would thoroughly recommend tvaerialcompany.

I booked to have my aerial and sky dished removed. An engineer (Darren Smith) arrived within 4hrs and removed both the aerial and the dish within 30mins (3 storey house).

5* Quick service.

Andrew turned up, explained the job and got on with it, and tidied up afterwards. I am very happy with the service provided, I will use them again.

Excellent service provided by Darren G. Really knows his stuff and patiently explained what he was doing regarding installation. Would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.

Gavin Short came to do a quote and then fit a TV Aerial, from start to finish the service was excellent! Explained everything, spent time exploring what the best solution would be both practically and aesthetically. Great quality job, clean, and respected the home.

I do not understand how this company has so many positive reviews as they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I contacted them 6 weeks ago as our Freesat in our holiday home was not working correctly.
They eventually took the freesat box away 4 weeks ago and I have never heard from them since despite trying to contact them regularly.
So at the moment I have been without TV for 6 weeks and am out of pocket by £800.
My advice is to not go anywhere near this company.

Do not use Aerial Force or TV Aerial Company, they are the same. I called out an engineer from Aerial Force to fix our Free Sat dish that had moved with the storm and explained that the dish was high on a chimney. He did not want to climb the chimney but proceeded to test our signal to reposition our dish. His quote was for nearly £1200, I could not believe it! He still charged me £84 despite not attempting to fix our dish. I then called TV Aerial Co not realising they were one of the same. This call out was free for a quote. The engineer arrived in an Aerial Force van, so I mentioned that I had received an outrageous quote. He knew exactly who the other engineer was and said he ALWAYS OVER QUOTES to boost his bonus!!! His quote came in at £500 including a new dish. I have tried to complain..outrageous cowboy company. DO NOT RISK GETTING RIPPED OFF.

Arrohn Hibbs erected our Freeview TV aerial today along with two connections for tv's, excellent and efficient service. A very knowledgeable fella.
