Layerseven TV Reviews 

I've upgraded my review to a 4 from a 1. Their Customer Service was excellent following my review on 21.09.25. They gave me another free period once the problems were sorted. I've had no problems apart from one day, when I couldn't receive anything hence the reason for a minus one star. I've subscribed for only one month to see how it goes as I'm still to try the 4k channels. If this goes OK, will take out a longer package as like I said the Customer Service has been excellent and would easily give that 5 star.

Did a month tester, service does everything but says it will, spot on, just renewed for 3 months.

Suport is so great and quick. The service is a great IPTV service packaged up nicely with awesome support

Great Service. I never had Problems, Only once and it was fixed very quick. Emails or Tickets on Discord are answered very quick, and they do everything Possible to fix a Problem if you Have one. There might be Buffering here and there , but its rarely. For 12€ a Month , i think you will not find a better Product on the market now. Its a great price for a great service and Product. I 100% would suggest this service to everyone who thinks about buying a Subscription. Im a Happy Customer.

Absolutely the best service. Never have buffering issues that I did with another service. Their Support Staff is quick and always helpful. Extremely easy to use. I HIGHLY recommend.

I recently signed up for Layerseven after doing a 24 hour trial. The sign-up process was fairly quick and was straightforward using cryptocurrency (I tried via credit card but that was less straightforward so I stopped and just bought some crypto instead). Access is immediate once they payment goes through, although it did take a bit longer than expected for their site to confirm receipt of payment. Not a long time but maybe 15 minutes instead of 5.

I had an issue getting it to connect initially, which was odd because it worked fine during the trial. I emailed their support and they responded quickly with a solution that worked perfectly.

There is a huge amount of content and it plays well for the most part. I had one channel freeze a couple of times but otherwise no issues. The TV content is mostly 720p with some 1080p and some 4k. VOD content seems to be mostly 1080p although it does vary.

Overall, this is a better IPTV service than my last one, which shut down recently, and the price is reasonable for the amount of content and the responsive support.

Excellent Service. Ran into some problems after a few months into my year's service . not sure if it was the player or my isp .Layer Seven Stayed with me and helped me resolve my issue. Couldn't Ask for better support .

Started with this service with a month sub in August and it was absolutely faultless so purchased a yearly sub when it expired. Literally 3 days later there was a massive outage and the service was down (as it was for many other services, it wasn’t a L7 issue) and the communication and reassurance from those from L7 was always prompt and precise. There’s a discord where you can go for help with any issue. Matt and sol in the discord are angels sent from heaven. They helped me massively during the outage and getting back online. Also the email support are amazing, with advice from here they helped me set up my second box. Never had any other service so can’t compare them against other providers but I’m more than happy with what I get from L7. Highly recommended to friends and family (and anyone reading this)

Great for a month, so I upgraded to a longer a plan, but then it stopped working completely. Tried contacting support 3 times, they just completely ignore you. My advice look elsewhere or definatley dont purchase over a month sub

I’m so happy I found Layer 7. This is the best IPTV provider I’ve used so far. Excellent content, easy to use admin page for content selection, most shows and movies have closed captioning available, but above all the greatest differentiator is the customer service. The folks there are super responsive and very helpful and seemingly work all hours of the day. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service and great selection with no buffering

out of the various services I have tried, this one has been the best with the least problems. When there was that rare problem, the team took care of it right away.

Layer seven tv has an excellent response time to inquiries and problems; their expertise and problem solving is exceptional, quick and yields the best results. They are leaps and bounds above and ahead of their competitors! I will never look elsewhere for my TV programming and service needs. Great Job!

I purchased from a scammers site. Make sure you have the correct address for layerseven. I was scammed😔. Thank you to Trustpilot and layerseven for the prompt replies.

I screwed up when I signed up for my one month trial, but support was very helpful throughout a frustrating back and forth email conversation, and finally got things resolved.

I have had a terrible experience, the service has barely been up. It's not worth it. Look elsewhere. Don't know why there aren't more bad reviews. I took one review down because they said they would fix it. Nope
