I don’t usually leave reviews but due to the amazing customer service from Nickie I had to. I had an issue with delivery through no fault of Tutti Bambini and Nickie very kindly instantly ordered a replacement for the item and it was delivered next day. This was very appreciated as I desperately needed a new bed for my little one so the speed this was sorted at was brilliant. Just wanted to say thank you, again.

great quality cot beds, i lost a part after having the cot bed for 5 years. i emailed tutti bambini and Nicky couldnt have been any more helpful! they parts when in my port box within two days

We needed a new part for my grandson’s highchair, and wow, talk about service! Casandra messaged me at 12:40 to say she’d sorted the order, and the part turned up that same day at 19:00. I’ve never had delivery that fast in my life! Huge thanks, Casandra — you’re a star!

Ordered a Cozzee crib for next day delivery. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the courier and I did not receive it when expected.
However- I could not fault the excellent customer service I received from Nickie. She resolved the matter promptly and went above and beyond. The crib arrived by 9am the following day, and is excellent quality and value for money. Would certainly order from this company again

Wrong item delivered for a tenth of the value of the order placed, three different apps need to be used to track the package, and sending an email doesn't get you an answer .

Following the email, they issued a partial refund and scheduled a delivery for the correct item

The delivery was exceptional as well as making sure it was packed accordingly so there was no damage, also is according to the size is was displayed to be and easy to assemble.

Needed new bolts for our cot as misplaced the originals, Casandra sourced & sent new ones out free of charge. 100% recommend, not just for the customer service but for the product also

I emailed Tutti Bambini about getting some spare parts for my Nova high chair. A wonderful assistant called Yasmine picked up my enquiry and sorted me out with what I needed on the same day. I cannot recommend their customer service team enough, she was so quick and helpful and thank you so much Yasmine once again! :)
