Very impressed
The website/app is easy to use. There is plenty of information about the tutors to get a good idea which ones are likely to be suitable. Communicating with tutors is easy. My daughter particularly likes the ability to watch the lessons again.

Excellent experience using Tutorful
The platform works very well, easy to book and many good tutors to select from, with lots of useful info for each to help find the right person. The tutors respond quickly. My daughter has worked with an excellent maths tutor to support Year 10 and 11 work, and had a couple of ad hoc sessions in Spanish ahead of exams. Excellent experience with both.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Fraudulent even. Tutor cancelled lesson at my request for half term, a week in advance in accordance with cancellation policy to avoid getting charged and I was still charged. For
Some reason Tutorful are refusing to refund me. I happily paid for a lesson I had to cancel with less than 24h notice as per their refund policy. I cannot believe they have the audacity to refuse a refund despite this going against their own refund policy. Appalling and frankly fraudulent

Able to find a great tutor
Able to find a great tutor. Easy to read each profile and see the price per hour. Only negative is booking a date for the session makes it auto book for weeks and weeks ahead, same day and time. Doesn’t give you the option to do adhoc which would be a good to be able to just choose a tutor and book by looking at their availability.

So far, so good.
We are 2 lessons in and my son is really enjoying his hour the tutor we found. I am able to email the tutor with areas that my sons would like to understand better and the session is tailored around that - this works brilliantly for us at the moment.
The flexibility suits us - we are booking every fortnite at the moment, but know that we can always add an extra session or skip when we need to.

I found Tutorful to be fairly good!
I found Tutorful to be fairly straightforward and helpful in meeting my daughter's needs who is doing her A level.
The app needs a bit of an improvement as currently there's no provision to edit / change the timings on the calendar after you have booked in a lesson.
