Great service, those who attended thought the course was engaging and came away confident in their new skills. Kevin for first aider training was great.

We contacted Tutor Care for quotes only following a cold sales email. From the outset, I was clear that I did not have authority to commit, that Finance Director sign‑off was required, and that we were comparing other suppliers. No quote had been accepted and no booking was ever confirmed.
Despite this, Tutor Care later claimed a “verbal confirmation” and attempted to apply 100% cancellation charges for training we have never used and will not be proceeding with.
The sales approach felt overly pushy and the handling of this situation was unprofessional. Based on this experience, we would not consider using Tutor Care in the future.

I recently attended a Fire Marshalling course for my company and wanted to leave a review to recognise how excellent the training was, particularly thanks to the tutor, Zahra Kidd.
Zahra delivered the course in a really engaging and professional way. She explained everything clearly and in great detail, making sure everyone in the room understood the key responsibilities and procedures involved in fire safety and fire marshal duties. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and clarity.
What stood out most was her approach when there was a question she wasn’t completely certain about. Rather than guessing, she took the time to research it properly and came back with the correct answer. That level of honesty and professionalism really built trust and showed how seriously she takes the subject.
The session was both informative and enjoyable. Zahra managed to keep the course interesting and interactive, while also making sure the seriousness and importance of fire safety training was fully understood. It never felt like a dry or rushed session, and you could tell she genuinely cares about making sure people leave the course with the right knowledge.
Overall it was a really well delivered course and I would highly recommend both the training and Zahra as an instructor.

Carl our instructor was a very knowledgeable trainer.
I have had first aid training years ago, but it was always so intense.
Carl broke it down into chunks which was easy to understand and the practical's were very good.
I felt feeling good at attempting to manage any given situation, instead of feeling scared.
Thank you Carl!!

as previous courses, the training course with Carl Smith went very well, he was polite, arrived on time & apparently, made the delegates feel very at home with their course. I have been told he made the subjects very easy to understand & follow.
Each delegate that took the course were very pleased with how he had conducted it.

I recently completed the Adult Care Level 3 course with Tutor Care and I’m really pleased with my experience. The course content was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow, even when covering more complex topics. Everything was explained in a way that related directly to real-life practice, which made it much easier to understand and apply in the workplace.
The tutor support was excellent throughout. Any questions I had were answered promptly and feedback on assignments was detailed and constructive, helping me improve and build confidence as I progressed through the course.
The online learning platform was straightforward to use, and I appreciated being able to study at my own pace around work and personal commitments.
Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to progress in adult care or develop their knowledge and skills further. It’s been a valuable step in my career development.

We had a first aid course at workplace on Jan 14th.
It was very interactive and incredibly useful. I have done a few now and this was certainly the best one yet.
