Terrible experience with this tour operator

We had booked a visit to the Last Supper of Da Vinci in Florence a few months in advance. They changed the meeting place from the one that was mentioned on our voucher without informing us. We nearly missed the visit (time is limited to 15’ per group for this visit) and they did not even apologize. Terrible experience ! Stay away from this tour operator.

Do NOT book from TuscanyAll...BEWARE!

We booked tickets via TuscanyAll for the Uffizi Gallery. Firstly, you are NOT guaranteed your date of choice and you need wait over 24hrs to get the vouchers which may not on the date or time you specified.

We got our tickets within 2 days however when we arrived at the Uffizi Museum it was closed in the afternoon due an incident inside. We are disappointed having travelled to Florence for this, having spent on travel also. We were offered to move tickets for tomorrow however our flights are booked to return home tomorrow.

The reception desk told us to contact TuscanyAll to arrange a refund of the money we paid. We understand the closure is out of their control and last minute but we have tried many times to contact them and having no luck to get a refund.

I urge anyone NOT to book with this company or be very careful and you may not get what you paid for. The lack of communication is beyond shocking!

Reply from Tuscanyall.com Italy-museum

Dear Mr Patel,

we have just seen that on the 5th of August you have left a bad feedback regarding our service for the Uffizi Gallery

On your feedback, written on the 5th of August, you wrote that no refund has been done and no reply has been given.
You sent us an email on the 5th of August at 7.58 pm, it was a Saturday night and our office was closed for the weekend, so until Monday the 7th of August.

On the 7th of August at 8.32 am, just few minutes after our office has been re-opened, we replied to your email that we would have done the refund as soon as possible.

On the 10th of August we asked for the refund to your credit card’s company and we send you an email on the same date at 4.57 pm informing you about that.

We think our behavior has been correct and the same is for our work.

We kindly ask you to remove your bad feedback that you left as, as you also wrote, what happened inside the museum didn’t depend on us and we did the refund immediately according to your request.

Please kindly confirm us that you actually received the refund of 42.50 euro on your bank account.

Waiting for your kind reply.

Kind regards,
Elisa – TuscanyAll

Dear Sirs,

TuscanyAll.com has issued a refund of 42.50 euro for your original payment.

The refund will be credited on the card you used for the payment. You could need up to 30 days to receive the refund, according to the rules of the society which issued the card.

The method of refund is the same for payments made with a pre-paid card.

Kind regards,
Elisa
