Host was fantastic!

The host answered every question promptly!! That is a huge plus! The vehicle was dependable which is the only other thing that matters! Booking was easy. Location was ideal.

Great experience overall! Pedro was very kind and communicative. He gave very clear instructions & was very responsive, always. The car was exactly as advertised and allowed us to have a great vacation.

The car rental experience was great…

The car rental experience was great easy to pay for and loved that I was able to use Apple Pay .. easy instructions on being able to pick up the car and drop it off reliable car for what I needed to do for the week , will definitely keep using Turo.

We rented what we reserved!

We were able to rent a dependable comfortable car for a reasonable price for a whole month. It cost about the same as a one week rental from the standard car rental companies! Excellent friendly service and easy pickup and drop off was a bonus. We reserved online and rented the actual car we reserved…no problem with swapping vehicles or “sorry no vehicle available at the moment”. We will always try Turo first from now on.

The vehicle was nice and new

The vehicle was nice and new. Also the host parker the van right at the bus stop. Which was a big plus. Also a great price. Host was very attentive and available whenever I had a question. Will definitely rent from him again. 5 stars all the way.

The last trip was great

The last trip was great, first time renting an electric car and this was a great experience for my work and travel. Will continue to rent through Turo for the awesome renters here and great customer service.
