I operate several short term rentals in the Seattle area an struggled for years with finding and scheduling reliable cleaners. I discovered Turno several years ago and while not every cleaner has worked out, the app has made it extremely easy to try others. I now have a reliable team of cleaners that have adapted to the specific needs of my properties.

Marshall was just fabulous! He responded super quickly and with a very simple solution that had me back running with the Turno app in no time. I am quite appreciate of this great App and Marshall's prompt, professional assistance.

Cleaners, watch out! Don't waste your cash on this scam app. You won't get any work. I'm pretty sure their job offers are just AI-generated fakes since your bids never actually get accepted. You're locked out of most offers unless you force your existing clients to sign up, letting Turno take a cut of business they didn't help you get. How does that make any sense? It doesn't, and nothing about them does. They push you to pay for badges, but it doesn't improve your access level at all. Nothing does. You have to hand over your clients just to rank up. Basically, they demand a cut of the money you make on your own if you want any work from them. I even think that, somehow, all the great reviews are also AI because it's just unbelievable to me that the 4.9 stars is factual after seeing how they operate for over a year; no way!
