AVOID
I approved the proof on December 8th and was told 10-12 days. Actually it turns out it will MISS CHRISTMAS despite being assured it would arrive on time. it will take 22 days. And what’s worse? It looks like my order just sat there. They should have expedited the shipping or at least allowed me a chance to expedite it so it arrived on time. What was supposed to be a joyful order for Christmas has been a complete hassle and inconvenience. Will never deal with again and I would caution anyone else from ordering as well.

I have not received a confirmation from them or any communication whatsoever. I have paid for the portrait, but I'm unable to get any answers. I'm about to dispute charges. All I'm asking for is a response, confirmation number, order number, anything............ It's very frustrating.

Overpromise and Underdeliver
Ordered as a Xmas present in November. They sent a firat draft that was totally unacceptable. Looked like it was an elementary school art project. They managed to make it okay. But then no word. With Christmas a week away, I wrote them and asked the status. I was then told it was "lost in shipping." A replacement would be sent, after Christmas. When I pointed out they never provided a shipping number, they then provided a UPS tracking number. The tracking number stated that UPS never received it. How can the shipper lose something they never received? Something is not right with this company.

If I could give no stars I would
I purchased a canvas before from this company and loved it. This past order I only received a confirmation email and no other notifications. I gave it a few days as it is the holiday season so it may take a little longer to receive a preview. When I got an email back it stated my order already shipped as I did not approve the preview. When informing the company that I didn’t get any emails regarding my order whatsoever they said on their end it shows I did and that I may have been unsubscribed from receiving emails so that’s why I didn’t get emails to approve or a notification of it already shipped. I asked for a refund and offered to ship the canvas back to them but the response I got was they will remake my order for a $25 fee. Instead of refunding me, even partially they want to charge me for my dissatisfaction. The return policy of the website says if I received my portrait and am not 100% satisfied it can be returned for a refund in 30 days and to contact them for a return address. This was not even an option disclosed after reaching out originally and requesting a refund. Be mindful when you order from here.

customer service is weak, respond 5-7 days later- dont listen to request, do what they want then dont give a refund.
Poor quality, borderline AI slop. Poor customer service.
The first copy they sent me was terrible. It had been ran through an AI program and looked nothing like him. The eyes were weird and he had too many teeth. It felt very rushed and looked sloppy at best. The revision is better, but still looks off. Like they just decreased the amount of AI used.
I purchased a digital-only option and had major issues trying to download it. Could not download it on my phone, but was successful after downloading a program on my laptop. When I emailed them about the issue originally, they sent no information but the same link that would not work. In hindsight, I would not buy from them again. I’m sure I could do better myself.

I had 3 pictures done. I one my sister's last fur baby Captain and i had this company put him in the captain frame and it was a perfect remembrance and 2 of brothers both of whom loved and laughed at their kingly qualities.... The quality and the ability to work with this company was above and beyond all expectations even when a picture was lost and they found it again for me... just amazing

I thought I had ordered the portrait and after not hearing from this company for 3 weeks I contacted them to see about my order and was told I ordered the digital. The company responded 3 days later that they would change my order to the portrait once I decided on the size and would bill me an additional charge which would be an additional 60 dollars . I emailed them as soon as I got there response on the same day that I would pay for the difference . This is a Christmas present. I have not heard back. 3 days later I get a notice that the digital is soon to be shipped. Poor customer service. Slow response to emails. Confusing ordering practices. Waist of money .

I was so excited when I was sent the preview I accidentally purchased the download of the photo instead of the print. After many emails, I eventually purchased the canvas print. And it looks fantastic. I can't wait to show my Husband at Christmas. Highly reccomend!!

I purchased a portrait but mistakenly ordered digital. Eleanor helped me upgrade to a canvas effortlessly. The design team did so great that I definitely wanted a canvas. Thanks again to everyone at Turn Me Royal.

AI SLOP + Bad Customer Service
My mom was misled on whether an artist would be creating this work- as it uses AI. My mom has been attempting to receive a refund for three weeks now, and they keep avoiding the topic. Their customer service sucks- DO NOT USE THEM.

For my luck my son is upset with me and didn't accept my gifts. My second one was for my boss, he liked it but opened while wife was present. He didn't do a video. My last one if for my daughter and haven't receive it yet. I will let you know. Thankyou
