Very good family enterprise. Both Harry and Gareth very attentive to our business needs. Ended up with 3 sims and these have been a real hit. They put us in touch with all the right software people to make our choices work in our environment. Highly recommend these guys. Remember you get what you pay for. Cheaper less robust setups are just not the same. Great value and service with Turnkey products serve a busy karting track and very reliable performance.

Firstly the simulator is really good and allows you to practice accurately before arriving on a race weekend. As I am rubbish with tech I sometimes have difficulty downloading a track or any other technical issue, of my own making, and the people at Turnkey have been outstanding, helpful, responsive. I would recommend them as they do everything you would wish a get supplier to do and more!! Brilliant Service

I genuinely can’t recommend these guys enough. It’s just under a year since I got my sim and from first order to this very day the service has been nothing short of exemplary. The rig was great value, delivered and installed on time with almost an embarrassing amount of after care. I had an issue with the setup (which turned out to be entirely of my own making) and after Harry couldn’t figure it out remotely, he attended (again) to realise I had engaged setup mode. He’s been on hand whenever required to solve issues I should know how to do myself and also happens to be a multi series championship winning driver. Turnkey is affiliated to the PT Sports team and the entire outfit is an absolute joy to play with. I’m purely a customer, no commercial affiliation, take it from me, these are the guys to go to.

I was very happy with my dealings with Turnkey. They have an excellent knowledge of SIM set ups, great customer service and very timely in getting the kit to you and properly installed. The aftercare is second to none too. Ive been super happy.

Having initially bought a cockpit and had it working through a TV and a PS5 to see if I would take to the hobby I went to Turnkey earlier this year to get advice on how to make my system as immersive as I could afford. I am not an IT technician and nor was I an expert in what was on the SIM market despite quite a bit of personal research. I needed a full “turnkey” service to have someone advise me on the best set up for my budget and also to build the kit. It’s heavy and complex.

They provided expert advice and I bought a series of upgrades. Harry has been exceptional in incorporating them into my initial set up and on the phone afterwards with support. What I’ve now got is a superb piece of kit that I’m very happy with.

Incredible Customer Service

From the moment I purchased my sim, Harry and his team were superb, making everything seamless for me and even in the event of a few issues (none of which in their control) they were crazy prompt at fixing them, even taking time out to come to my house and solve the problem. Couldn't recommend them enough!
