I was hit from behind by a Toyota Hi-Lux pickup truck with a trailer loaded full of paving stones. My van is a Mercedes Sprinter LWB and I had slowed down to a standstill, then literally a split second later hit from behind by a big Toyota Hi-Lux pickup truck with a trailer loaded full of paving stones. My van went into Turners at Ripon and was there for nearly 3 weeks, and upon collecting my van, the repairs are nothing short of a mess! The doors don’t line up, and it’s clearly visible to see this from the pics of before/after the accident. My van had previously been repaired on the right hand side of the back, but this repair restored the van back to how it was prior to the accident (I have pictures to prove this) but since coming back from Turners at Ripon, the doors don’t line up properly, and it’s clearly visible that the offside rear body line is way out where the light unit appears to be inwards creating a tiny gap between the light unit and the bottom right hand side of the door. At the top of the doors in the middle, the gap is a lot wider and visibly noticeable. If these are meant to be ‘insurance approved’ repairs, I’d be seriously questioning their ability to carry out work to a satisfactory standard!!!

I couldn't be happier with the service, I was regularly kept updated during the repair, the work was first class and very accomodating leaving the rental vehicle with them when picking up avoided needing to arrange a lift etc.

The service here was excellent. From the moment they picked up my car till they delivered it back to me they kept me informed of the progress all the way. At a bad time they were just what I needed. They even washed my car for me.

They did an excellent job, not only sorting out scratches after a reversing accident, but smoothing out a dimple dent that I had just been putting up with

My car was taken to Turners after a non-fault claim. They helped to arrange a courtesy vehicle quickly and carried out repairs to a very good standard and in a very good timeframe. They rang me every other day to update me on where the repair process was at, and when it was time to collect my car from them they arranged for me to drop the courtesy car back off with them. Very good customer service and high quality workmanship.

Everything was undertaken in a professional and efficient manner. Everything happened when I was told it would happen and I was given regular updates. The work was completed quickly and without any issues.

Had my car here due to an accident an when I came to pick it up some had clear signs that it had been driven. the petrol was nearly empty when I left the car the tank was half full. Bluetooth was connected to an unknown phone. Becareful leaving your car with them
