Before I found Turkishle I struggled with pronouncing certain letters as well as recognızıng sounds and words listening to people speaking Turkish. The video lessons in the A1 course helped a lot with pronunciation because I could see how the instructor shaped her mouth as well as hear what each letter should sound lıke. The tips and tricks offered in YouTube videos and the listening exercises allow me to hear and differentiate sounds and words much better when İ hear people speak in Turkish now. I have tried 2 other courses but always felt like I was wasting my money. Especially when a Turkish friend would tell me that what I learned from both of them sounded unnatural when I tried to converse with them. I would recommend Turkishle to anyone who is serious about learning Turkish. I feel like I will be able to actually converse with people more confidently the next time I go to Türkıye.

Turkishle has thus far been a fantastic experience ! What I enjoy the most is that they also concentrate on construction of words that create sentences. They give you the ability to understand vocabulary based on suffix and prefix additions. This fosters a greater understanding and appreciation of the language.

This Turkish teaching course is absolutely amazing. I'm from Turkey myself but was never taught Turkish growing up. I found out about Turkishle from their YouTube videos which I thought were very helpful and fun to watch. In their YouTube videos they have links to their website to see the course details. I then found out they offer a free tester trial where you complete a small part of the beginner course to see if the teaching style is for you. This is followed by no extra cost by the way so you're not automatically joined to a monthly trial after completing it which I liked the sound of. I did it and enjoyed the lessons so much that I purchased the A1 and A2 course. So far I've only just started Unit 3 of the A1 course and I already feel more confident with speaking Turkish. I like to speak to myself in Turkish and I've noticed it comes out a lot easier than before. I can't wait to see my progress after completing both courses! on Their website they explain in full honesty if the Turkish course would suit your learning style. I think it suits me as it is completely independent- you're not made to join calls, video calls or even communicate at all with the teachers or other students however it's still there as an option to leave comments for your teacher (which they reply to) or to join video calls with other students to practise your Turkish. I personally only like to communicate through comments. I always leave a comment if I need something explained and the teachers reply in so much detail so you're never left confused. I also have the option to email the founder, 'Can', and ask him questions about anything to do with the course. Anyway so far I'm absolutely loving this course and I think it was so worth the money. Especially if you want to learn Turkish while following your own timetable rather than lessons starting at a specific time of the day. I can log on whenever I want whether it's 2pm or 1am on a random day of the week. I also have access to come back to it even after completing the course if I ever want to revise over what I've already learned. Before this I was considering a personal tutor but that made me anxious because I hate speaking to people in real life and I didn't like the idea of following their schedule rather than my own. Also the cost would've been so high since I live in London. If you are like me and you want to learn Turkish independently, I genuinely think this is the best option for you. I'm so happy I started my journey with Turkishle and I've been recommending it to everyone I know who wants to learn Turkish. The course structure and explanations are excellent: simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. They are revamping the exercises and adding more practice, which really helps reinforce the material; the course is getting even better. Plus, we can ask questions about the content, and the answers are quick, thorough, and well-explained. It is an enjoyable course to learn from.

I’ve been casually learning Turkish through YouTube, Duolingo, and Pimsleur. My vocabulary was growing, but my ability to truly grasp the language was lacking. Turkishle provides high quality instruction in grammar, reading, writing, AND speaking, and I’m learning Turkish that I can actually use when I’m in Turkey. I needed the formal structure.
