Having dental work at Turkeyana Beauty Clinic was a great experience. The staff have been extremely accommodating and made me feel not only welcome but like VIP. In January 2024 I had breast…
In January 2024 I had breast surgery(mastopexy and breast implant)
My first consultation I decided with an doctor size 350-375cc. A diferent doctor made the surgery and he put 205cc only!!! Totally different with my expectations wich I DISCUSSED ALREADY with the first doctor. Now, is almost 9 months gone and the implants are moving!!!!! They left a lot of tissue inside, also the cuts from surgery looks horrible!
Girls, I do not recommend for this tipe of surgery, it was horrible for me and do not enjoy because you just find a clinic with less price, wich they guarantee the best results for you, you will may be regret!!!

Lying about refund, never returned to me. 2 years!
This is about a refund due me from 12/2022. Here is a reply from Turkeyana:....."When I mentioned that the refund was processed by our end on 21-05-2024, this means that we sent the money via our bank to your bank on the same date, and the processing time is usually 21 working days.
I sent you the official receipt of your refund of 750$ (24,118 TRY)
I will recheck with our accounting department to contact the bank to reassure you.".....The reciept Turkeyana sent shows the money moved from One Turkeyana account to another. Did not refund my Credit card and they continue to Lie about it. Stating there was an intermediary bank, but they cannot contact the intermediary bank. Which is BS.
Date of experience: June 26, 2024....
This is latest email from Turkeyana:
"Dear Mr. Robert,
We sent you confirmation of the refund processed on May 21, 2024. Unfortunately, your information isn't visible on the reversed CC transaction receipt.
We're unable to assist further at this time. Please monitor your account for the refund." It has been 2 years!
IGNORE this response below from Turkeyana. They never issued refund, and I have called this number multiple times as well as sent their own bank transaction reciept showing money was transferred from one of their accounts to another, NOT into my account. THEY ARE THIEVES AND STEAL FROM CLIENTS! NEVER USE TURKEYANA CLINIC!

I came back for second treatment today and I just finished. I don’t know what to say… I am absolutely speechless. Turkeyana clinic team from A to Z lovely team well trained and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose Turkeyana. I would recommend Turkeyana for No1 reason and that if you want to look young again your first choice has to be here. All staff are there just to make sure you’re happy and to give once again smile that you need to regain your confidence. I had a hair transplant a year ago. Turkeyana also convinced me to undergo a stem cell treatment where they extracted tissue from behind my ear, centrifuged it, and injected it into my scalp. According to them, this treatment was supposed to guarantee that existing healthy hair would not fall out. Now, one year later, I can confirm that I am losing a significant amount of hair daily. The company is a scam; they deceive you into paying for additional treatments that simply do not work. Stay away from anything involving "stem cell treatments." It's just an extra expense and costs almost the same as a regular hair transplant.
