I love the freedom and flexibility at Turing!

Hi, I’m Abdulraheem Jaradat from Jordan. I’ve joined Turing almost 6 months ago as an Engineering Team Leader. Turing’s remote work and flexibility offer a great way of working from anywhere in the world. Personally, I love traveling 5 to 6 times a year to different countries, previously I had to take days off in order to do so, but with Turing, I can work relaxing on Cyprus beaches, the next day I can work in Airport or any place, with no limitation of space or location. Communication is the key to success, use it to your benefit.

Turing’s best feature is the flexible working hours!

I'm Anthony, a Vietnamese native. I've been employed by Turing as a software engineer in the communications team for roughly four months. Turing offers relatively flexible working hours. My ability to balance work and life is excellent. Since I work as a software engineer, I don't like to commute to work every day, and the pay in my nation isn't particularly high. Fortunately, I'm not responsible for any of Turing's issues. You will succeed in all Turing tests and interviews if you are prepared and confident.

Turing allowed me to do what I love!

Hello, my name is Vanky Kataria, and I'm from India. I work as a Community Evangelist at Turing's Global Communities, where my major responsibilities include speaking and arranging events. For over six months, I've been working with Turing. I like the fact that I can do something I adore, which is public speaking. The advantage of remote work is that you may work from home and communicate with people from all around the world. The ability to save time on things like commuting to the office is, in my opinion, the most significant benefit of working at Turing. This helps you save a lot of time! I would encourage you to be confident in yourself, believe in yourself, upgrade yourself every day, and become highly enthusiastic about transforming people's lives all around the world!

I now have more time to spend with my kids!

Hi, I am Amedée Pugliese from Argentina. I have been a Community Program Manager at the Dev Success Team at Turing for about 4 months now! I'm in charge of organizing fun and social events for our P3 devs. After joining Turing I have got a flexible work schedule that allows me to be present in my kid's life. Earlier, I had to spend too many hours away from home for work not even including the traffic that I had to face in my non-remote job. Turing offers a much higher salary + allows me to have a balance between work and my family. I’d suggest you to grab the opportunity to join Turing whenever you can.

Turing has a beautiful and great culture

At Turing, I make sure that our developers have a professional CV presentation that highlights their finest skills, which is essential for being recruited. I joined in late September of 2021, and it's been such a ride! Turing has a beautiful and great culture. Growth, teamwork, and constructive criticism are all encouraged in the startup atmosphere. I've also had the good fortune of working with bosses that genuinely care about our growth and well-being. Turing has made my life so much easier. In Argentina, it is difficult to enter a good company environment while the economy is in such bad shape. I'm so grateful to be here. I had no prior experience in the position, so I concentrated on what I did know and how it could help developers, knowing that I could always learn and grow. There's always a solution to a problem, and if you're inventive and ready to try, this is your bread and butter.

The friendly environment makes working at Turing an absolute joy

Hi, I’m Pallavi, Mumbai, India. I work closely with the product and engineering team to translate business requirements and implement them technically. I have been working with Turing for a year now. It gives me the ease to plan my day at my convenience. The work environment is super friendly and it gives me more time to take up new hobbies. Commuting was a big issue for my previous job. Turing does not have a mandatory clock-in time which makes work less stressful. Research and upgrade your skills before applying. Keep pace with the industry trends and complete your assigned tasks responsibly.

I have my own work timings that I follow!

Hey, I’m Paulo Muniz from Brazil. For the past four months, I've been seeking IT talent from all around Latin America for Turing. One of the nicest aspects of Turing is the ability to construct my own work regimen. I used to squander three hours of my day in traffic when I lived in Brazil, plus the misery of having to get up early. Furthermore, there is some prejudice depending on where you live in the city, so it doesn't matter if you're a genius; you must reside in the correct spot to work in HR, as I do today. There is no such thing as an ideal company, but Turing makes every effort to ensure that your time here is as enjoyable as possible.

Working from the comfort of your home is the best part!

Hi, I am Vishakha from Madhya Pradesh, India. I am working as a full stack developer in Turing. I am currently developing front end website architecture and designing user interactions on web pages. Its been 5 months since I have been working with Turing. Firstly, working from the comfort of your home is the part that I like the most. Turing has given me the opportunity to work with talented and experienced developers across the globe. I feel valued and share my ideas with the team without any hesitation. Since I am from a 3 tier city, I had to travel to different cities for jobs, but now I am staying with my family, and that's the best thing about this job. So, If you are looking for a secured remote job, Turing is the place!

Turing’s culture involves respecting each other's time, and thus, less time is wasted, and more work gets done.

Neha Pant. Noida, India. I am a Technical Content Writer. My work involves writing and reviewing content - blogs, articles, website pages, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, etc. Turing's Content and SEO team, which I am a part of, is very well structured, and the roles and jobs are well distributed. The company culture involves respecting each other's time, and thus, less time is wasted, and more work gets done. With a fixed 8-hours of work a day, one has plenty of time to carry out one's other responsibilities too. Moreover, one can choose what time of the day to work, except for the compulsory 4-hour overlap with the US timings. This flexibility makes traveling and doing regular things easy and possible. And, the pay is also competitive. So, what's not to love? If you have the skills, and if working for 8 hours a day with a 4-hour US timing overlap but otherwise flexible schedule and the option to work from anywhere in the world sounds good to you, come, be my colleague at Turing!

I can now cook my own food and eat homemade meals!

Hello, my name is Max and I'm from Brazil. I've been working at Turing for 5 months as a software engineer. A remote job gives me a lot of freedom. I appreciate that we may adjust our work schedule to meet my needs. I can always cook my own food and eat homemade meals, which improves my health and strengthens the bonds between my family, community, and myself. These small changes add up to increased job efficiency, and I feel more productive and focused on my activities as a result. I used to have to go to work and spend hours stuck in traffic when I had a non-remote job. Furthermore, I felt cut off from my family and friends. My geographical possibilities were limited. I no longer have to limit myself to local occupations; I can now work for a firm in any part of the world from anywhere in the world. I'm inspired by the absence of boundaries. Improve your ability to communicate. You're probably already technically competent for most of the roles, but being an engaged and effective employee in a remote-first setting necessitates communication. You'll succeed if you improve your pronunciation, vocabulary, expressiveness, and eloquence.

I love the flexibility of work at Turing!

I’ve been working as a data scientist in the growth data science team for about 4 months at Turing. I love the flexibility that comes with working from home. As someone who plans to have a family in the future, this will allow me to take care of my family and also support them financially. I also like the monthly 1 to 1 call with my manager, it gives me the opportunity to get feedback and to also give my own feedback. The team is amazing it feels like I have been here for a year. The major struggles of non-remote jobs were commuting, lower compensations, and no work-life balance. You should prepare well before taking the test, no matter the years of experience they have.

Hi, I’m Shreya Roy from India. I have been in the role of Data specialist at Turing for about 4 months now. I like the work flexibility and comfort that comes with a remote job. Earlier I had to travel a lot and get exhausted outside. Also, unnecessary expenses were also one of the challenges of non-remote jobs. But now, I’m living a happy life since I joined Turing.

I choose my work timing. That’s so cool!

I am Vedasree. I am from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I work as a software engineer at Turing. What I love most about Turing is the flexibility. I can wake up late, get in some exercise, cook and do whatever I want. Then I can start working. There is no constant pressure to stick to those particular timings. I can run my errands without worrying about wasting my office time. Most non-remote jobs in my country or locality require us to reach the office on time even if it's raining or stuck in traffic and whatnot. And we are only given only a day or two for leaves no matter how serious the issue is. With Turing, there is no such constraint.

Turing company is freedom!

Turing company is freedom!
I'm Israa Eltantawy, and I'm from the Egyptian city of Port Said. Actually, I'm an IT Recruiter, and what I do is hire the best tech talent in the market for the jobs that the presales team assigns to our team, as well as manage the entire process of taking the candidates through the various vetting processes, whether it's through my part of the process or coordinating with the other teams in the other process parts. I've been working with Turing since November 1, 2021, and I'm still here. Turing in particular is an open world that has allowed me to meet individuals from areas where I had never interacted or met anybody before, learn about their culture, and broaden my relationships and outlook on the world. The nicest thing about remote work is the freedom! I can work more effectively and dynamically while still maintaining my home, family, and personal lives. Previously, I had to go to a different location for employment, but now I work from my bedroom for Turing, a US corporation. My suggestion to newcomers is to take a chance and try working from home to reclaim your life's balance!

Best place for remote work

Hello, my name is Alex Minaev, and I'm from Latvia (currently living in London. UK). I work for the Enterprise team as an Account Executive. I market Turing to our clients, manage our internal connections, and focus on account growth. For the past four months, I've been working with Turing. The open-minded attitude, feedback culture, helpful colleagues, work circumstances (remote work, flexible hours, unlimited vacations, etc. ), competitive compensation, and wonderful mission, in my opinion, are the finest aspects of Turing.com. Previously, I had to cope with transportation costs, workplace dress codes, excessive traffic, and 9-5 employment (no flexibility). All of these issues are solved by Turing. Be open, ambitious, daring, and adventurous; be open, ambitious, bold, and adventurous; be honest; work hard - play harder; get things done; be flexible; be courteous to others; provide feedback.

I love how people from across the world come together in a remote environment to get things done!

My name is José, and I am from Brazil. I work at Turing as an IT Recruiter. We are in charge of applying for technical interviews and reviewing the tests of our candidates. We are the last step of validation before we send candidates to our clients, and it is also our responsibility to validate the candidates. What I love most about Turing is how people from different parts of the world are engaged in the work and how much we can be trusted to get paid on time for our working hours. If you are looking for a remote yet global opportunity, sharpen your technical knowledge and English.

Hi, my name is Nizamudeen, and I am from Chennai, India. I work as a Data Specialist at Turing. The
remote work and flexible work hours policy helps to save so much of my time. With non-remote jobs, I
would spend a lot of time commuting and traffic. I now have more time to myself and can manage my
work much better. I highly recommend aspiring developers to join Turing and take their careers to the next
level.
