The turbo rocks mini is a fabulous piece of kit. I've now been using mine at least three times per week for the last three months; hey-presto those lower back niggles are history. The mini isn't quite perfect however. I bought the mini as I don't have space for my trainer to be set up permanently, I suspect most of my fellow mini purchasers are the same. A precut hand hold would really help lug the unit about. However my main gripe is how my Wahoo Kickr is attached. A hand closing clasp would be a significant improvement for those of us for whom space dictates that we have to set ourselves up for each session before putting everything away again. There may be a very good reason to use a clasp that's tightened by screws but it's a real pain. While the faff is worth it it's a faff I'd gladly do without. If Turborocks updated the clasp this customer would be very happy indeed.

Great communication and surprisingly quick delivery. The rocker plate was well protected and the set up was quick and easy. I am still getting used to it after months on a very solid gym-quality machine, but so far so good.

Only negative is the active need for, and
instruction quality of, ways to get proper left/right balance setup - this not matching the other positive and clear experience of product/purchase with issue not brought very clear "in store/at order" Or just me being a bit sleepy.
First and recommended proposal given (to self scout and attach corresponding weights in order to counterweight trainer swingwheel's weight) surprising for a product/service w this quality.
The weight plates I found and bought are OK. But unavoidably they are not truely symmetrical w swingwheel and thus trainer tend to lean, and also flex a bit differently, between left and right. This leading to repetitive pump tuning getting inevitable (being alone this includes tedious and Zwift-race killing jumping on and off the bike for checking and rechecking).

Ordered my rockerplate and delivery was quick and efficient. Any questions or queries answered promptly. Rockerplate is well made solid construction and has improved my longevity on my smart trainer. Very happy with product and would recommend.

I purchased my rocker plate in Jan'21 and it's still going strong after 12,500km. I remember it was delivered in a manner that even the worst couriers could never damage the product. Great 1st impression.

My set up is carbon bike on TacX Neo on RealPlate React.

If you pedal more than 30km in a session, the comfort gained from a slight adjustable sway side->side and back->front is worth the money alone. However, more important than that is the relief of pressure on the carbon rear struts and axle as the trainer can move sympathetically when I stand up and power pedal (reflecting real life) instead of all that power being centred on the rigid, delicate bike parts.

I give huge compliment to the owner of Turborocks Steven, who not only is a wonderful person to communicate with, he has deep knowledge of the products he sell and willing to make sure the customers leave happy. My recent purchase of the Stealth Rocking Plate is perfect for indoor cycling activities and the shipping from UK to California was blazing fast. 3 business days even with the severe weather delay!

I purchased a TurboRocks rocker plate because the reviews of this company and their products are very good. I hesitated for a moment whether to take the cheaper Realplate Stealth or the top-of-the-line Realplate React Stealth. Ultimately, I purchased the Realplate React Stealth because of the complete freedom of movement.

The shipment was delivered within a week, which was surprising because it was still the holiday season. No hassle with import duties from UK to NL because TurboRocks paid part of the purchase price. Very nicely arranged. I also received installation information and neat delivery information during the delivery week.

Setting up the trainer with the Realplate was easy. The air balls still have to be inflated and then the first ride. After years of moving from a rigid setup to a moving setup, it takes some getting used to. But after a few km it went well and I started to make natural steering on bends. Starting sprints and climbs also feels much more natural. My long indoor training sessions will feel more comfortable and realistic.

After sale: I was clumsy enough to puncture one of the balls with the supplied pump. At my request to supply a pair of spares, Steven Murr was kind enough to send them free of charge. Excellent!

My rocker plate arrived promptly after order and was easy to set up. The ride is much nicer than on a static trainer where I would get a sore backside after about half an hour.

After sales service has been excellent with Steve Murr sending me some replacement balls free of charge after my son damaged one.

Very glad I decided to purchase a Realplate React from TurboRocks. Steve, the owner is “all in” on customer satisfaction! Product was shipped quickly to USA and arrived in perfect condition. The system is very high quality and it looks great too. Very little setup required and the ride feel is amazing. I researched most of the competitive products and can honestly say that TurboRocks is the way to go!

Item was listed as scratch and dent but I sure can't find any flaws with it. It was received unbelievably quickly, well packaged, and very easy to set up. 2 rides on it so far in 2 days for 40 miles and a few thousand feet of climbing and no issues whatsoever.

Crazy quick shipping from the UK to the US, and it was well packaged. Setup is straight-forward with the information sent by Steven Murr and the information available on their website. I've only ridden it once, but it does a good job of allowing side to side and forward to back movement, which should make time in the saddle more pleasant. Thanks for making a product that's compatible with the Stages SB20 and is so well made.

I bought the Realplate React in CoolHex. Package shipped the day after I ordered and arrived to my home in the US from the UK in two days. I was shocked since it said it was shipped UPS international saver. Usually saver translates to “you’ll see it someday”. It was packed very well and arrived with no damage, although the UPS guy was really perplexed by the shape and wanted to know what it was. 😂 Set up was a breeze. It took me less than 30 minutes to unpack and mount my Wahoo Kickr. I bought this mainly to help with “posterior” discomfort issues on long indoor rides. I typically ride anywhere from 60 minutes to three or four hours depending on the day and while I’m perfectly fine outdoor, lately even the shorter indoor 60 minute rides give me discomfort and the longer indoor three hour plus rides are pure hell. I’ve ridden four 90 minute to two hour rides since setting up and all have been with ZERO discomfort. I have yet to ride three hours plus but I am actually looking forward to it for the first time in a long time. I can’t say it perfectly mimics the bike movements of outdoor riding, but it doesn’t matter as long as my butt is happy and I can finish the ride.
