Awesome product and enjoying it

I don't normally review things but given TurboRocks is a smaller business I figured they deserve a good review for a fantastic product. I have a Tacx Neo 2T trainer and before I bought the TurboRocks Realplate I always found cycling on the indoor trainer a chore. I also constantly had issues with numbness and being super uncomfortable no matter what adjustments I made. I've had a professional bike fit that was perfect for outdoor riding which just was not compatible with the indoor trainer no matter what I tried.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and spend a good chunk of change on the Turborocks Realplate and i'm extremely happy I did. It's a night and day experience being on the indoor trainer now. The fore/aft and side movement has made cycling indoor not only feel much more natural, but also way more comfortable. I can spend hours zwifting without the pain I was getting within 1 hour previously without the Realplate. Shipping was fast, setup was easy, and they reached out by email to link setup advice and to make sure everything was good.

The only minor inconvenience was that they only provided two velcro straps to keep my Neo 2T in place and during sprints the trainer would slide forward slightly causing the front wheel riser to go off the edge. I purchased a couple more velcro straps for $5 from Amazon and attached them to the rear of the trainer which fixed this. That would be my only real complaint but doesn't really affect my overall opinion of the trainer because it's been absolutely fantastic and made me actually enjoy getting on the indoor trainer instead of dreading it.

Very well made product that performs under the bike. Delivered quickly and without incident. Support from the team was prompt and courteous. Would recommend everyone riding a trainer seriously to invest in this piece of kit. Makes a huge difference.

Arrived much quicker than expected. Great communication from the company. Love the quality and appearance of my Realplate React! More importantly, it is a game changer for the indoor riding experience. I love the fore/aft and side to side motion, and I love that it can be adjusted to my own liking and feel. The motion feels natural and it feels like less stress on the body too.

Fantastic customer service from Steven (responsive & accurate information shared before purchase). Prompt delivery with the rocker plate very well packaged and regular updates informing me when to expect the courier. Have now used the product for 1-2 months and am happy overall. I have definitely noticed a minor improvement in ride comfort and the rocking motion also adds an extra element to focus on during monotonous indoor rides. I would just say that if you're looking at purchasing a rocker plate to solve discomfort issues, don't be disillusioned that it will immediately help. A properly fitted bike should be the priority.

I was skeptical at first, I didn’t want to wait weeks for my Rocker to arrive here in the U.S. I ordered on a Sunday evening 3 days before Christmas and it arrived Thursday the day after Christmas. And the ride is beyond my expectations. I have knee issues and there is less discomfort riding the Rocker than riding on the the road.

TurboRocks make a great, quality product and couple that with outstanding customer service. This is the first rocker plate I have had so can't comment versus other products but the TurboRocks plate makes for an enjoyable, comfortable ride indoors. It takes a little fettling to get the pressure right in the inflatable balls but riding my stages SB20 has become really enjoyable. I've had this for a few months now and now we are in the middle of winter its getting plenty of use.

Long I waited before purchasing a rocker plate and I studied all the reviews and checked all the videos on YouTube about rocket plates, by all manufacturers.

I was captivated by the apparent simplicity of the Realplate React and my B-day was coming so I had to move fast. Some manufacturers do not deliver to Italy, some others did not answer but Steven replied immediately to my E-Mail and replied to all my questions, not just those about technicalities but about pretty much anything that came to my mind.

When I noticed I could pay in 3 installments I made up my mind and immediately carried out the purchase.

The Realplate arrived just on my B-Day (yesterday) and the instructions for the setup were clear so I figured it was easy... And in fact setting it up was easy but the rest was not.

This toy really changes the world of indoor cycling, not only do you have to find the correct air pressure for the balls, which is just a matter of feeling, but you literally have to get used to this new dimension of indoor cycling.

I did three short rides today, just one day after getting the Realplate. Yesterday I got on the bike and 10 seconds later I got off with my head spinning but today everything changed and I can really feel the bike is alive moving underneath me, especially in the climbs.

With more control I am positive I will enjoy my indoor rides a lot more so yes, it's expensive but it's worth the money you spend but remember: you need to re-learn the way you conceive indoor cycling with the rocker plate under your bike.

You see the long list of happy people who speak about the way he manages his business? I've had the same experience and mind we're basically in a busy moment, it's holiday now and every time I ask something, he replies.

The feeling is he's more a fellow biker than a mere business owner, and that's a big plus.

One day this Realplate will break down by sweat and tear but because of Steven I shall know no fear.

Want an example? I stepped on the pump and the needle almost snapped. I already know he will send me a spare one for free if I ask but he's too late, I already bought it. :-)

Man, this was a B-Day to remember!

I was a little bit nervous ordering this because I was not sure what I was getting into but one of my friends has the same setup and he gave me a positive review. So I ended up ordering it after using this for a few rides. This truly is a game changer and what I like about it. It comes all preassembled. There’s nothing for you really to do. Love it

Before we got our Realplate I could manage about 90 minutes on the bike before it got too sore to carry on. Now I feel great after 2 hours and am planning my first 100km ride next weekend! Treat yourself, you will be well pleased that you did!
