Riding on a stiff setup is really uncomfortable, so i thought id checkout a rocker plate , after watching quite a lot of youtube videos i opted for the turbo rocks react and I’m so glad i did.

First of all , delivery was fast , by DHL and when expected , secondly i had no idea this thing was as big as it is , its huge .. and weighs quite a bit , luckily I'm quite strong as i had to lug it up a flight of stairs.

Setup is easy once you remove the inflatable balls , and you can be up and running in about 15 mins thanks to it coming built up and ready to attach your trainer and bike.

Operation is quiet and smooth , there is a spirit level built in to help level once everything is place , you simply inflate the balls to level. It’s a neat touch that they include the pump required.

Value for money ?
Yes , I've just done a quick 14 miles on Rouvy and was really impressed , it definitely makes it more realistic and comfy. Yes its quite expensive but I would say its worth every penny, standing up is much improved.

I originally had a typo in the shipping address, I reached out and it was corrected promptly! I ordered 2 of the rocker boards and it took a week to get my order, that’s faster than things I’ve ordered from 2 states away. I have yet to use it due to a busy work schedule and the holidays but the girlfriend said it’s an absolute game changer for her indoor setup and that it’s 100% worth it.

Pros: Solid piece of quality kit. Well made and does what it says. I love all the movement so even if you don’t suffer from aches and pains on the bike – it’s way more fun and better for you long term. It was also easy to set up. I was a little too worried about getting everything perfect - positioning the trainer, riser and inflating the balls correctly – but if it feels right then it is right, so just experiment. As I have it in the living area of the house, I was concerned in case it looked like a piece of industrial equipment, but it’s discrete, looks well and fits in. Added bonus - the robot vacuum cleaner bounces nicely around it. Excellent service and support from TurboRocks.

Cons: Pricey, a little heavy so not the easiest thing to move around, but doable. Added height and rocking makes getting on and off the bike tricky, but a little step helps greatly. Takes a couple of rides to get used to everything, so hopefully my watts don’t suffer.

Thoroughly impressed with my new rocker plate. Quality is excellent, it arrived quickly, and it was so easy to set up; it has transformed riding on the indoor trainer. Riding feels so much more comfortable now. When you see how much the plate moves, you realise just how much of that was having to be absorbed by your own body.

The rocker plate was very well packaged on delivery. Absolutely no damage occurred during shipping. The product itself is extremely well built. No complaints there. There's not much setup to do since it arrives fully assembled. I just had to throw the trainer on it, strap it down and inflate the balls. I would have liked a bit more guidance on the inflation pressure though. All the reviews on rocker plates that I've read warn against inflating too much so I went easy on the pressure. Turns out that I way under inflated and balancing on the bike was impossible. Once I inflated the balls to where the rocker plate had a lot less play then everything was fine. My advice is not to be afraid of over inflating. Now on to the ride. I did an initial 1.5 hour ride and it was fantastic. I experienced none of the pain I would normally feel on the static trainer. I'm glad I sprung for the top of the line React. The fore/aft motion really seemed to make the experience that much more enjoyable since it seemed to act as a sort of shock absorber for the pedaling motion. This probably contributed to the reduction in saddle pain. Overall a great product. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great product and shipping “across the pond” was WAY quicker than I expected. It didn’t seem to be packed all that well, but once I opened it, I realized it didn’t need to be because it’s so sturdy. It’s not rocket science to set up and they offer all sorts of online videos, but when I was setting it up, I wanted more guidance for EXACTLY how to attach my trainer and Exactly how much to inflate the balls. That’s my niggle … the vagueness of the guidance for those critical aspects of setup. Attaching the trainer turned out to be pretty intuitive, but it took quite a few rides to get the inflation thing satisfactory. It’s concerning that they ship an extra ball “in case one bursts”. Apparently, that can happen.
