I purchased a used transmission for my…

I purchased a used transmission for my Chevy Cruze from Turbo Auto Parts. I was a little nervous buying a used transmission online, but their support team helped verify the correct match for my vehicle before shipping. The transmission arrived in good condition and was installed by my mechanic. After installation, the car shifted smoothly and performed much better. Overall, I had a positive experience with Turbo Auto Parts and would consider them again for used auto parts.

I ordered a used engine for my Ford F-150 from Turbo Auto Parts and the overall experience was smooth. Their team confirmed the fitment before processing the order and explained the mileage, warranty, and delivery timeline claarly. The engine arrived properly packed, and my mechanic installed it wthout any major issues. So far, the trock is running well and I’m happy with the purchase. Good communication and fair pricing compared to other suppliers I checked.

This place is a total rip-off

This place is a total rip-off. What they advertise on their website is not what you will receive; it's a fraud. I bought an engine from Turbo Auto Parts with 41,968 miles. I asked if it was available and they confirmed it was. I bought it, and what I received was a broken engine with oil leaks and 110,208 miles. The mileage does not match the purchase receipt or the vehicle identification number (VIN). When I called to request a refund because I didn't receive what I ordered, they told me they couldn't. They said if I wanted to cancel, I would have to pay a 35% restocking fee plus $2,500 for shipping. I paid $12,207.84 for the engine. I refused to pay the restocking fee and shipping because they sent me something I didn't order. I filed a claim with my credit card company. Aaron and Joe are professional scammers. They sent someone to pick up the engine, but they never gave me the bill of lading (BOL) that the truck driver requested. I called and contacted Turbo Auto Parts to have it emailed to me. They didn't respond until 2 p.m. with a text message claiming I refused to ship the engine, which is completely false. They presented this as evidence to the bank and are now appealing my bank's decision. I imagine they've done this many times. They repossessed the engine, and I'm left with a $12,207.82 credit card debt. Don't buy anything from this company; it's a scam. I currently have two complaints against this business: one in Texas, where I live, through the Texas Attorney General, and another in Florida, where Turbo Auto Parts is located. I also have a civil lawsuit against this business with my attorney and a dispute with my bank. If you don't want to go through what I'm going through, stay away from this business!

Pissed off 67 year old and retired

Sent $1595.00 to turboautoparts for a 2006 Kia Rio engine 1.6 vin 3 last time I talked to them they said I would never see my engine or money again. Turned them in to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. Hope when they get caught they never see day light again. All the good reviews you read about them have to be fake. I have seen to many other reviews just like mine.
