Very Satisfied

When I called, there was no long wait time. The first customer service rep was responsive, attentive, and immediately knew which customer service rep in another department I needed to speak with. The second customer service rep was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. Listened patiently while I rambled on about my issue, then patiently took me step by step, and the problem was resolved.

I still have not able to access my webp[ages to edit…

I still have not been able to access my pages to edit. I had place a phone call and opened a ticket on march 27 they closed ticket on april 7th without fixing anything this customer service is horrible. i ahv epaid for my site untilsept /oct of 2026 and i cannot access my web p[ages to edit anything i cannot even see the pages in edit section

Beware

When you try for over 3 months to get them to change to a new form of payment and customer service or any of the other numerous individuals we have spoken with can not HELP only blaming our card for problems paying them. WE have spoken with them several times throughout this ordeal and they can find nothing wrong on our side.
After 21 years of using them, and various other problems since Turbify took over from Yahoo, sorry I'm Done

Cancellation of automatic subscription is difficult

Turbify was unable to help me with my request. The person I spoke with was very nice but was unable to help me. I apparently have to call back at the end of June to have my request fulfilled because it is "too early". I am trying to cancel my Turbify service effective at the end of my current paid subscription term in August (we are retiring). According to Turbify, I must cancel at least 32 days prior to the automatic subscription renewal. However, I cannot inform Turbify now that I want to cancel effective on my August renewal date. UGH.
