I bought a product and it never arrived. I paid with PayPal to Brian Gonzalez, and they kept my $38, but they haven't given me anything. To complained via email, is imposible. It's a scam.

SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT PURCHASE! - BUYER BEWARE
Imagine my shock when I found a photo from my business blog showing a privately owned item on the TuoMall1999 website up for sale! My image is watermarked with my business name and the item being offered for 100.00 has a value of over $25,000.!
TuoMall1999.co is a SCAM! Do NOT purchase. You will have to file a chargeback with your credit card issuer or PayPal to get your money back.
The fake "customer service" contact info on the website only consists of a FAKE Gmail account.
I sent a Cease & Desist letter to this email only to receive a MailerDaemon reply indicating no such gmail account exists.
WHY is this website still active on the internet and able to receive PayPal and credit card payments? Obviously I am not the only one calling out this pfishing site as a fraud.
It is outrageous that TuoMall1999.co is FALSELY ADVERTISING Trust Pilot on their website, falsely claiming >>>>> tuomall1999.co achieves the customer rating4.6 out of 5.0 from 25753 reviews. <<<< THAT IS PATENTLY FALSE!
Trust Pilot should move to take down that website or open legal action against it.
BUYER BEWARE! NO merchandise is being sold! It uses online photos in the public domain to trap you into believing those items are in their possession and for sale, yet neither is true.
The website is designed to STEAL your money and not deliver a thing. I reported it to the FTC and you should too.
Company has The Trustpilot logo on its site along with saying "tuomall1999.co achieves the customer rating
4.6 out of 5.0 from 25687 reviews." You can not click on the Trustpilot logo to go to that page from the site its bogus
Trustpilot has said "This Trustpilot profile has never been claimed." About the website www.tuomall1999 .co
The website's "contact us" gives no phone number or address just an email address. Good luck finding them for legal service if you get ripped off. Any site that doesn't have a phone number or a physical address is suspect.
This site is selling items using pictures taken directly from free sources online, without credit or clarification.
Be cautious and do your own research before buying.
